The color on the dorsal plates is really interesting because they are coving the silver blue with a bright pink but it comes out as this off magenta of sorts. It’s kind of eerily beautiful.

I think I got a KotM bootleg similar to this one. Funny enough, it has better articulation than Hiya and is a little more solid than SH Monsterarts... well, it still falls apart if I'm too rough with it, but at least he doesn't disintegrate if I look at him the wrong way.

I just bought a genuine KOTM NECA Figure on eBay and a bootleg on AliExpress for comparison. Weirdly enough they arrived the same day.
Im 100% this "Evolved Godzilla" is literally the same casting (with a different paint job) as my KOTM bootleg down to that crooked tongue.
