Great tactical insight
Xavi is teaching his players to understand the game so they can solve issues on the pitch themselves-that's the ideal and also gives them creativity-. It is why it's taking him time, making the players understand the game the way he does is an arduous and time-consuming effort, but I really want to see what he's cooking.
Like any coach it takes no more than 3-4 seasons to reach their peak. Hope xavi gets it right

People think it's just 'take the ball, pass the ball' (tiki-taka ugh I hate that shit) the concepts which Xavi is trying to ingrain into his team take time and effort to apply, in recent years these concepts have been left behind by poor managing and only relying on Messi and individual talent, team has to grow and I hope Xavi keeps making FCBarcelona better than they were with Koeman or basically all the coaches after Luis Enrique left.

And Laporta most probably will run his elections on a superstar forward (whoever be that at the time - haaland, isak, leao, etc) - so we will get him.

The number is decreasing every year thanks to la masia and shrewd scouting, we got - Gavi, Lamine, Pedri, Cubarsi, Balde. And in la masia there are two potential generational talent - Guille Fernandez (your FDJ heir as he is only 15, Cruyff + Zidane mold of player) and Busquets long term heir - Marc Bernal (Shades of rodri as well).
This window, we need a stopgap for LW (Raphina atm / felix on loan again) and DM (crucial make or break for the next season). We can challenge for laliga, hope to win cdr / supercopa and target qf / semis for ucl. What went wrong? Seriously, on paper; everything that he is saying is supposed to work. It worked for a while, but then everything collapsed. I think Xavi was betrayed by a number of things, and the first being not having the players that would actually implement his ideas.
The defense faltering and not having Busquets anymore I think contributed to this Barca team underperforming this season. I would’ve love to see more of Xavi managing but clearly he fell to the pressure and expectations of both the fans and media.
