Delivered late, then delivered wrong parts. No instructions and now facing the challenges of making the side mounted brackets of the deck work with the side mounted brackets on the stair stringer. Since the stair brackets can’t be mounted in same location of deck brackets cables won’t run parallel with stairs
Where's all the useful information like use string line and masking tape to trim the intermediate post to the proper height. What's the proper height, where does the mark go and why did it get cut down so far? Biggest question, how do you get the posts to hover plumb to the side of the stairs?
Terrible product very difficult installation. Plus over priced. Delivered two weeks late with missing parts. Still waiting for remaining parts to come. Also they don’t provide installation instructions upon delivery. I purchased a picket style railing and after opening every box I realized they did include instructions. I emailed them asking for instructions. The next day they sent me installation instructions for cable railing. After calling a sales rep, he made a video himself showing how to install picket style railing because they don’t have specific instructions. Sounds like this company has limited resources and needs to go back to the drawing board like the guy above me said.
I work in construction and received this rail system today. Right off the bat I saw parts missing and also no instructions on how to install this. It is the cable system. I would recommend to anybody not to go with this cable system in any brand. I have installed 3 so far and has not gone good on any of them.
This system is awful. It only works for square decks. The grasp rail system is a joke as well. It makes no sense on irregular shaped decks and none of it is to code. Go back to the drawing boards and make this stuff correctly.
