the posts and brackets are aluminum and yes it comes with end nuts. Hansen is located in Hillsborough Oregon. They no longer come with those brackets though, for splices they give you either straight or L shaped aluminum pieces that slide into a groove underneath the railing. Make sure you get the colored screws for attaching the rail to post.

@@alexquiton7279 You can use two tensioners on the two ends. You can use a tensioner to work with a fixed terminal as well.
