      Because of compact design, maine OEM guard install karwaya. Worth it.

      Yeah due to large scale production platform Bajaj is able to produce affordable parts.

      @@Rahgir_TheTourer yes that’s the main reason. But, this is also true that BMW is charging obnoxious prices for plain aluminium/metal crash guards. They r treating their 300cc bikes like their 1000cc models.

    I'm confused between stock, moto torque and zana.

      Sure I will try that.
      I have explored Moto torque, Zana, carbon racing. Out of these, I found Carbon racing top rack built quality quite good which come close to OEM top rack. You can also expore that option. The positive point with aftermarket top rack is that, you can install back rest as well.

      This just for the protecting engine. To some extent it will save riders foot.

      I disagree. The chassis lacks the necessary frame structure below the engine to support a center stand. The design doesn't accommodate one, and the dead box occupies the ideal location.

    Can you please confirm if this protects gear lever? During a side fall ?

      As per design it should definitely protect engine but regarding your question for gear lever, I guess not entirely but will help to reduce the impact on it.

      Indeed. Its looks small and compact but its heavy.. welding quality is top notch. It actually fits on to the engine block not on the frame. As per my knoweldge, it is well built.

      @tomellis487 For me it took around 1 hr. This is the only accessory which takes more time to install.

      You will be needing extra pair of hands in that case.
      A advice if you will be doing by yourself, before removing the lower bolt of crash guard from the engine, place something sturdy below the engine for support (and leave no space) other wise it will be very tough to align the joints on the either side when pushing the bolt again. Engine block is heavy and you will not be able to align it just by pushing it from bottom. That is the only reason it took much time in service center. They were not able to align both joints. They have not used proper technique.

    Iske sath koi xrash guard install krna chah raha hu par lower engine guard ke sath fit nahi baith raha

      Han yeh guard, OEM crash guard ke sath hi achi tarah se fit ho payega. Other aftermarket guards k sath agar fit karwana hai tab mere khayal se OEM guard k mounting points ko katwa ke aftermarket guards k sath weld karwana dene se issue solve ho jayega. But iske liye achi welding shop ka pata hona cahiye.

      Aap ko sabse pehle old plastic bash guard khol k, coolant ko nikal lena hoga. Then purana wala mount khol k naya wala mount install kar lena hoga. Sabse jayda time naya wala mount ko tight karne mein lagega. Wo lag gaya fir sump guard easily install kar paoge.
      Without Hydraulic RAMP yeh installation karna muskil rahega.

    Hello! Did you face any issue after installing the aluminium sump guard with regards to ground clearance? I want to get it too but am concerned if it’ll scrape below going over higher speed brakers as I also travel with a pillion

      I have not yet faced issues of scrapping with it while going over higher speed breakers with pillion. I tend to slow my bike before going over the higher ones.
      There are few mms of ground clearance which will be impacted but it will be worth it.

      No by default these two componets will not be there. You need to buy it separatly. In my other videos I have mentioned the rates for these product. Do check that out.

      A plastic sump guard comes as default, which is more than enough for normal riding. If you want more protection for the coolant reservoir, you can go for the metal one shown in this video.

    So we need to dismantle this guard for every oil change????Because for changing oil filter we need to open the left casing....oil filter is inside the casing...or can we open the casing without dismantling the gaurd????

      For oil change if you have installed the metal base plate then that needs to be opened. Otherwise this guard is designed in such a way that the bolts are easily accessable and the casing / oil filte0r will come out without any issues.

    you have installed this from third party mechanic right? so how did you order the Triumph accessory? Im also planning to install the Original Lower Engine Bar from Triumph, but service cost itself they said will cost 1440₹😊😊

      I have installed it from triumph authorised service centre. If you look care fully each service ram is of triumph. For me they charged 440. But for sump guard installation they charged over 1k. God know how they are calculating labour.
      It is best to install all accessories at once.
      I guess for you they are qouting to much.
      You can show my invoice which I share in this video. Then they might reconsider.
