    You know what I use it for lol, I’m a security officer and I have a gate on the property I work at that doesn’t close so it stays open all night. I use it so I can sleep in my car and if motion is detected I will go check it out 😂😂

    5 STARS!!! I have used this "DRIVEWAY ALERT" motion detector for about 15 years in my $50,000 1 ton extended wheelbase hightop RAM PROMASTER 3500. I am a mobile mechanic with $3,500 extruded aluminum shelving, 9,000watt generator, 5' tall stand up compressor and $30,000 in tools protected masterfully by 2 detectors INSIDE the truck so i only get alerted if someone enters the truck. Put the detectors OUTSIDE the truck if you want to be warned before they break a window. The detector chirps whenever the battery gets low on either the transmitter and receiver and you can go to a job or a friend's house overnight or in a motel or hotel and be 100% confident if anyone enters your truck the detector performs flawlessly so you can run out there and scare them off or whatever...

    No there is different frequencies check the serial numbers so you can have one in the backyard one in the front yard and then just label the receivers in the house so you know where the motion is coming from.✌

      They both activate at the same time if either of the sensors is triggered. They may be different versions but what I have is the same frequency

    I've got one but it stopped working. Put new batteries in it and it didn't work. Worked, batteries died, replaced, did not work. The lights on the receiver light up, and the light on the sensor comes on when it senses motion, but the receiver does not chime.

      I am sorry to hear that. Mine has worked flawlessly for years did the batteries leak?

    Thanks. I've been wanting something like this that is affordable and simple. Living here in the N.C. Mountains, we have lots of critters. Do you find the alarm going off during the night because of neighborhood dogs or other animals?

      Deer will set it off but birds and dogs should be no issue as ling as you install the transmitter about two feet from the ground. Thanks for watching.

    Is there a way to mount the sensor where it is not easily removed by anyone? I find it too easy for someone to just walk up and take it away just for the heck of it.

    • @ProfessorDIY
      @ProfessorDIY  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it can activate even if above six feet that should be high enough for anyone to remove

    I bought one of these and it worked great for a short time, but now when it alerts ....it des not stop, you trigger it once and it keeps sounding off non stop until you turn it off. Anyone have any suggestions to fix?

    • @ProfessorDIY
      @ProfessorDIY  2 ปีที่แล้ว
