As a car enthusiast who has to work in surveying/construction I have to have at least a half ton 4x4 that I get paid for using as my truck....I love the share of trucks you give us on the channel. You give us videos on everything, including the old GM's I love...but also other vehicles I'm curious about. Just keep doing what you're doing.
I actually enjoyed just the walking through the lot, even between the cars/trucks… you have always been entertaining to me and it really makes you feel like you’re there doing the walk around yourself. I have an IAA 5 mins from me I’ve been dying to walk around myself for years. I see the cars covered in red plastic and understand why because I’ve learned that from you. Thanks Randy!
I actually don't mind walking around with you. It's almost like I'm there with You. I like going to junkyards and look at all the Vehicles myself. But I would like to go to an auction place I've never been to one. I probably will one day. Well just keep up the good work Randy. I always look forward to your videos....
Problem is a lot of people think it won't happen to them. You just gotta be careful man. 1 of my cousins was driving his truck and he was on the heavier side. He flipped in Arizona on loop 101 I believe it was and flew out the front windshield. Died on the spot. Had no seat belt on but no one ever thought he would fly out the window from how big he was. But it happened and from that day on I wore my seat belt. I dont play around driving anymore.
Stop worrying about the haters and complainers. Just like always 372k and climbing are happy and content. As for the others F*** Them. Pardon my French. Keep up the good work.
You could spend four hours Walking around copart showing different vehicles and I would be tickled to death. Especially if you are showing high performance cars. I'm about to pull the trigger and buy one to rebuild. And I like the truck video as well. Keep up the good content.👍
I miss the days of those big conversion vans roaming the highways. My Grandma had a few Dodge and Chevy vans like that brings back memories of family vacations
I like all the walk around vehicles trucks cars RVs Campers SUVs seeing all the variety is cool. My dad was Tempo guy in the 80s and 90s he would still drive one if he found it
My best friend had the mercury version in white with the red interior. Man that thing was great as a young teenager! He always got me to drive it anytime we were doing teenager things!
I like walking around with you Randy you looking at cars it's really good to see that you are doing something different yeah you can walk around until you find something to look at I'm with you all the way
Those air bags are just for towing. Randy that’s the best truck it’s classy. I can take and of the 09-14s and put that interior with the sync3 for 3000-4000
Randy, Buy the Chevy get a good fusebox and wiring harness out of another truck at your local pick a part fix it, and flip it you'll definitely make your money back in Oklahoma on it. I love the trucks and the older stuff. Keep it coming. The older the better.
I learned how to drive in 1991 Tempo (brand new) it was our high school on the road car 🚙 memories 😊 the coarse cars were Dodge Aspen and Plymouth Volare 😂 both were 4dr dark green and gold
I don't mind seeing trucks the GMC van looks like it was smacked pretty good in the back the wood grain is nice I've got the same thing on my 99 doge ram wheel chair van good video
I remember going to junkyards back in the 1970's to keep my and others cars going and seeing some cars with such severe damage it was obvious the driver, others in the car were killed. Many didn't have the shoulder harnesses, of course no air bags, little or now energy arbitration structures. They were sober reminders of the horrors of vehicle crashes far too often.
I bought my mom a 93 tempo back in the day. I put 4 new tires on it and gave to her to help her out. She drove it for years till one night something got the oil pan and she drove it till she would crank anymore 😢
Love this type of walk around for sure randy I don’t mind watching either I’ll watch a 20 min unedited version for sure love the content no matter man but this is great walk around type
I had a blue tempo for a weekend. Me and my brother in law took gray and black spray paint and painted the whole car. Drove it and it kept dying in the middle of the road so i took it back to where i got it. Guy gave me my money back because he liked the paint job and thought he could get more money out of it then he sold it to me for!😆
It is for when they pick it up with the fork lift so doesn't roll away front wheel or rear wheel drive vehicles they pick it up from the opposite end all 4 tires locked up to make it safer for them to pick it up
People do get reminded by accidents in oregon the highways where icy and everyone was cruising then every mile there would be t least 2 recked semis or cars and all of traffic would imeediatly slow down as soon as they saw it
That F-150 is sweet! You better grab it bdcore my dad does! Love the video as always! That Chevy is a good trick for you it’s like the F-150 1996 where you fixed it up! Nice video, I want the blogs back from you! Hope everyone had a nice day!
That Cat Eye chevy truck is an easy fix... those keys to those trucks are not chipped, i have an 05...Im all for saving that cat eye! The ford f series id check the carfax and see where it got salvaged out at?
The GMT800 trucks do have chipped keys, but it's just a resistor in the key that the ECM reads via two contacts in the ignition switch lock cylinder. It's Passlock/VATS, and is just like the 90s GM cars that had the resistor on the key shank, but now it's built into the plastic part of the key (you can see the two round contacts peeking out below the plastic key head). When you install a remote start (or trying to bypass VATS), you can either insert the key and read the resistance value across two wires in the ignition harness, then get a resistor of that value and hook it up between the two wires (with some additional work if you're installing a remote start and keeping VATS), or if you don't have the key, you can get a potentiometer and hook it up between the two wires and use the trial and error method to get the correct value. I don't believe GM ECUs will lock you out after too many failed attempts with the wrong resistance values, unlike mid-00s+ Chrysler products that will lock the ECM out. Source: I installed remote start on my 06 Silverado and had key issues with my 05 Durango. EDIT: I originally wrote PATS, which is Ford's chipped key system.
@@davidkane4300 Funny i checked again on my truck keys and im not seeing any chips... also curious i checked my trailblazer keys (07) and didnt see anything and even checked my mothers old impala (04) and nothing...at least i could see
@@truckman374 well, I guess I head the wrong understanding of how the security works. You're right, these keys have no chip, nor a resistor... Security is accomplished with a hall effect sensor in the ignition switch that only works if the ignition cylinder is turned to the run position. So any key (or thing) that can turn the lock cylinder will deactivate the security function.
Luv the truck theme Copart walkaroud Randy first truck in video 11 year old Ford Platinum F150 is amazing 12:17 I hope who was in that Sliverado was good ok safe my goodness same with 20:06 Dodge Journey holy smokes m
Chevy Silverados are more comfortable than f150 but I don't know I like my ford more I have a 2008 ford f150 5.4 with 400,000 miles bought it when it had 80k miles it has the same motor and trans and I haven't done much maintenance to it besides an oil change here and there and a tune up but you have to do a tune up on any vehicle so it's been very reliable if it gives up now I wouldn't be mad at all but she still runs like a new truck witch is pretty shocking
I'm not afford person with that Ford truck in the beginning I would definitely buy if I had the money I would definitely buy that Ford off the auction very good video keep up the good work

2013/2014 f150 (lariat king ranch platinum) 5.0s are the absolute sweet spot in the truck market for the generation. beautiful, reliable trucks
The 5.0 is great but the ego boost is far superior nothing beats a 3.5 ask Mike rowe
Until you have to maintain them.

Randy, you should buy that f-150 and sell the ram. If the f-150 would be paid for, sell the ram to get rid of some debt.
Wonder what's the story of the F150. If you can get it for a good price, go for it!
Any news on this one? Nice truck
Wonder if that F150 is a theft recovery???
I love the cat eye Chevys they look amazing I sure do miss mine.

That's awesome when you giggled that wire the screen went black to go to commercial. It made me laugh like it was planned.
I think that last burnt out car was from Germany it had a B in front of munbers. B stands for Berlin. Great video.
My 05 does not have a chipped key by the way. They had it before and after The era I believe.

Like all the trucks cars and vans.
Stay away from Jeeps with weird alignments. The axles bend easily, and the front one is about $4k used, if you can find one.
my dad had a 92 mercury topaz as a vvork car, just before he traded it in i thing it had just under 535,000k or around there on it.
F 150 was awesome!
Omg my friend's Dad had a red Tempo, would wait for the school bus with them in that car
Love that truck 😊
Hey randy great content hope your well hows the shoulder doing
That truck would be sell in days. Nice truck indeed
i would defiantly buy that Silverado.. probably have it running in a day or two..
