A sneeze produces about 1 PSI, the world’s strongest punch is 200,000x that.
According to Science TH-camr Kyle Hill Saitama’s sneeze exerted 1.51*10^36 joules. Using the 200,000x scalar this would make a punch when he had reached this level of strength equivalent to 3.01*10^41 joules. This is about half of the suns gravitational binding energy. Meaning he can two shot the sun.

OPs whole point is Saitama is a satirical character by design. When he's written into a battle, by default he wins, because that's just his character. There's no debate to be had, that's the whole point of his character is he's just too universally unfathomably strong
