- JANUARY 2023 - WEEK 4 - I finished my brothers coffee table in a few hours after him saying he was coming over to pick it up, his reaction was quite dramatic, he is an actor let’s face it haha And the sideboard build continued but slower than I hoped whilst I juggle parent hood and workshop life. The ever balancing act we all face!

Happy Mondays they weren't a bad band once upon a time. Sam I was fortunate enough to purchase the d700 last year on ebay from a guy who bought everything possible for the machine just do he could build s wood conservatory for his wife. I must have saved about £1100 overall, bargain!!!
Happy Monday indeed, I never knew they were a band haha Wow that’s a crackin deal to get all that, wicked bargain. And I bet you haven’t regretted buying it, it’s a great tool for any workshop ☺️🤙🏻
@@monkeyboysworkshop to be honest Sam I haven't had the chance to put it to good use since I bought it, had major surgeries since I purchased the domino putting me out of action etc, should be thinking about doing something in the next 8wks hopefully.
Hi, Sam) We also work this way, one at a time. Hang on, friend, there are still about 18 years left. Then it will be easier😁. Your brother's reaction is amazing. Sam, how much do you have an ash tree? We have about 100,000 rubles for 1 m3. By our standards, it's very expensive, I haven't even tried to work with it yet.
Haha cheers mate, we are hanging on indeed, we know it’s only temporary 😜😂 His reaction was funny, only a little over dramatic! Well if I remember correctly, we paid about £200 for the slab, which was 2.8m long, 450-500mm wide and roughly 45mm thick. And we made that coffee table and a bench out of all of it ☺️🤙🏻
@@monkeyboysworkshop Wow, it turns out that our forest is not expensive at all, you will need to buy and stop working with pine. Sam, the video clearly shows that steam is coming out of your mouth, take care of yourself, buddy. The main thing is not to get sick.

Wearing gloves when using a table saw is VERY dangerous !!!!
I 100% agree but it was bloody cold in the workshop that day so had no choice and I’ve been doing this a long time so I no my way around the machines ☺️🤙🏻
