Dr saab what your showing is not taraxacum officinale but is Hypochaeris radicata or krigia biflora. there is 25 different Dandilion in this family people often confuse the many similar cousins in this family all of them are edible except one which is toxic called Senecio vulgaris has fluffy white round seed head surrounded by multiple yellow flowers buds that never open. Dandelion is a lettuce group.
