にんにくの編み方「ガーリックブレイド」「にんにくブレードの作り方」Garlic Braiding

我が家の家庭菜園で5月に収穫したにんにくを編みました。収穫から１ヶ月程自然乾燥したにんにくは、葉っぱの色も色褪せました。茎も乾燥しているので編みやすいです。今年は雨の日が続くこともなく、うまく乾燥できたように思います。綺麗に編むためのいくつかのことをまとめてみました。これからにんにくをどう保存するか、お考えの方は是非、見てください。
「編む前の準備」
にんにくを束ねる紐
カッターや鋏
園芸用の鋏
水の入った霧吹き
「にんにくの加工」
花芽と葉っぱ2枚を残し葉っぱを取り除く
薄皮を剥ぐ（にんにくの薄皮がしわしわしていないぐらいまで）
霧吹きで葉っぱを湿らせる（編む前の日に葉っぱ部分だけ、水につけ置きしてもOKです）
準備ができたら、編み方は三つ編みとフィッシュボーン、など。編んだものをさらに組み合わせたり、いろいろと作ることができると思います。編み方のコツは編み加えるにんにくは、その前に編んだ束に重ねていくことです。それではチャレンジしてみてください！

I braided garlic harvested in May from my home garden. After drying the garlic naturally for about a month, the color of the leaves faded. The stems are also dry, so it's easy to braid. There weren't many rainy days this year, so I think it dried well. I've put together a few tips for braiding nicely. If you're thinking about how to store garlic in the future, please take a look.
"Preparation before braiding"
String to tie the garlic
Cutter or scissors
Gardening scissors
Water spray bottle
"Garlic processing"
Remove the leaves, leaving the flower buds and two leaves
Peel the thin skin (until the garlic skin is not wrinkled)
Moisten the leaves with a spray bottle (you can also soak only the leaf part in water the day before braiding)
Once you're ready, you can braid with braids, fishbone, etc. I think you can combine the braids and make various other things. The trick to this braid is to layer the garlic you add onto the previous bunch you braided. So give it a try!
