ニンニクのリースの編み方 ２種類のガーリックブレイド

我が家の家庭菜園の定番、ニンニクのおしゃれな保存方法をご紹介します。秋野菜の植え付けシーズンに、必ずリストに入るのはニンニクです。素人でも立派なニンニクが、あまり世話をしなくても収穫でき、友だちにお裾分けすると喜んでもらえる野菜です。
普段は梅雨時に、乾燥したニンニクをガーリックブレイドに仕立てています。今年はプレゼントしたいので早めに編んでみました。編み方はとても簡単で三つ編みタイプとフィッシュボーンタイプです。三つ編みは３球起点の立体感ある編み方です。フィッシュボーンタイプは編み地がとても美しい、平たい仕上がりになる２球起点です。
毎年作っている割には、今回も間違えて編んでますが、落ちてきたり崩れることはないので、誰でもチャレンジできると思います。材料は紐とハサミが必要です。ニンニクの乾燥具合で霧吹きに水を用意してください。ディスプレイとしても絵になります。魔除けなどにもおすすめです。9月を過ぎると我が家は、バラして冷凍保存です。
そろそろぶどうの新梢整理と家庭菜園のじゃがいも掘りに忙しくなる時期です、またアップできたらと思います。

I usually make garlic braids from dried garlic during the rainy season. I wanted to give it as a gift this year, so I knitted it early. The braiding method is very easy and comes in two types: braid type and fishbone type. The braid is a three-dimensional braid that starts from three balls. The fishbone type is a two-ball starting point that creates a very beautiful, flat finish.
Even though I make it every year, I made a mistake in knitting it this time as well, but it doesn't fall or crumble, so I think anyone can try it. Materials required are string and scissors. Prepare water in a sprayer depending on how dry the garlic is. It also becomes a picture as a display. It is also recommended as a talisman. After September, my family takes it apart and stores it in the freezer.
