Somewhat heartwarming. Because of how they've been stuck in their final positions since the animation was finished, it makes it seem like their bond, no matter how worse their own models are for wear, will never break.

Can't believe they're still kicking after 23 years. I saw them on TV back in 2006 and watching old bumpers and shows like Gumby is what got me into animation. Plus, I wish I still had my friend from preschool, and that was in 2007! They're gonna be friends for life
As a kid I thought that Nick & Jr were siblings. Despite the current condition, they are still recognizable. Those models are a treasure of an entire generation.

One of my childhood logo memories. Back when I was a toddler, I remember seeing them on Nick Jr. and Noggin. It was so much nostalgia remembering them. Glad to see them hugging for 23 years and will never stop at all! But the Nick Jr. Productions 1999 Clay Logo got discontinued/defunct on February 2, 2009. And the only shows that had this logo was Little Bill, Blue's Clues Seasons 3-6, Dora the Explorer, Oswald, The Backyardigans, LazyTown, Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends, Little Bear, Whoopi's Littleburg, Max & Ruby and Blue's Room. The sounds were a tuba version of the Nick Jr. "Just for me!" theme accompanied by kids laughing (not from the Nickelodeon Lightbulb logo) and a Hanna-Barbera "BOING!" sound when they jump. 0:40 What time is it? It's nostalgia time!!! 😁
I remember most of these shows,I don't remember the nick jr tuba one,but I remember the laughing lightbulb, and the BOING jumping sound effect, and for some reason I'm thinking of the banana splits theme song, when I only caught a glimpse of it when I was little, but most of those shows were my childhood
It's amazing to see the og models of the human nick & Jr just now being found are still alive. This logo was the most iconic logo from nick jr. And to think that the logo was made in a garage is actually cool. Makes me wonder if he still has the yellow background that was used for the logo
I have wondered for quite some time what happened to the clay logo mascots used in the 1999-2007 Nick Jr. Productions logo, but I am glad to know they still exist and not completely destroyed.
Idk if it was just me, but being a kid and finishing an episode of whatever was playing and seeing this clay model of Nick and Jr always terrified me as a kid. Hearing the boing sound and kid laughing just always made me scared.
I also want to let you know that my 3 channels are the most influenced from these golden era nickjr ids you presented in this video. The main characters on my main channel, Tedis & CO Block, are inspired by Nickjr's classic 1993 logo. Which is the characters animated by Webster Concorld in 1999. The 2 main characters I made up that are homage to Nickjr is Gilpin & Wilbur. Who are brothers. Gilpin, wears warm colored down vests, is the older brother. Wilbur wears a blue lumberjack vest with silver plaid pattern, is the younger brother. So yeah, the nickjr logo, & the many different ids used from the late 1980s-early 2000s is my biggest influence on the channels I have. This is comming from someone born in the fall of 1998.
Has it been that long already?! The earliest I remember watching Nick Jr. was through an episode of _Sharon, Lois & Bram's Elephant Show_ on a VHS of VCR test when we got our first cable box sometime in 1992-3. That soon led to Nickelodeon, and then Disney and CN.

Coming back to watch this again, man it’s honestly great Webster colcord kept the clay models over 20 years later. This video is also very similar to the PBS logo video idea I pitched on your community post, concerning the fate of the P-head circle used in 1998.

(2000) I've even did some poses with my dad when I was younger! But It's kinda sad to see them like this. But besides all of that, their friendship will continue on. 😍❤
Like most 90s kids who grew up being plopped in front of the TV, I remember seeing Nick and Jr. In their many shapes and forms before the beginning of such beloved but lost to time shows like "David the Gnome" and "Eureka's castle" and later when my siblings came along, "Gullah Gullah Island" and the original "Blue's Clues". It's nice to see Nick and Jr. still together (somewhat...poor Jr.) after all these years.
I like to imagine that, at least in depictions where they are humanoid figures, Nick is a parent and Jr is their child ☺️ Also, that logo animation has very high quality and holds up surprisingly well for today.
I remember when I was younger and the end of an episode would play and nick and jr would show up, if freeze thinking they’d come out of the tv and kill me if I even breathed 😂. I look back at those memories scared and happily because they shaped my interest in horror and fnaf.

I like to think that Orange helps Blue with doing anything since they don’t have a head
that bumper scared me shitless when i was younger
as a Nick jr Fan in the 90s,this is the BEST VIDEO I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! Nick jr was my jam in the 90s. and good to hear that they are still around. I feel sorry for JR's head though.
I was scared of this when I was younger, I would cry each time I saw it. 😂
Looks like a part of my childhood is going through a stage of depression
I always saw them as a parent and kid rather than friends
Like father, like son
Like mother, like daughter
I always saw them as brothers
I remember these little guys! Even though I wasn't around in the 90's or early 2000's, I've seen these little dudes on DVD's like Blue's Clue's (1996,) and Dora! (2000) I've even did some poses with my dad when I was younger! But It's kinda sad to see them like this. But besides all of that, their friendship will continue on. 😍❤
I still remember when the mascots were on air. I miss the good days 😢
Nick hasn't felt the same after Jr's loss.
True and Hi there Zeep!
THE BLUE HEAD IS DECAPITATED?!
WHO TOOK IT
it’s fine he just lost his head lmao
Who took it???
Somebody shoot it off
RIP BLUE GUY
Looks like they're friendship still survived after many years!
I guess the lesson here is: nothing lasts forever…. Except friendship🥲
@@Jessesrandomvideos Yeah.
Together still, after all these years. I love it.
23 years huh?
Shocking how they haven't fully fallen apart yet after 2 decades,
Wlep I mean one has its head melted into himself and the other one hand is terrible
I always watch nick jr with my kids since the day nick Jr first aired and I still watch it today even on DVDs of nick Jr shows
Stop motion is a beautiful art. In a world full of CGI, it’s a breath of fresh air to see a rementant of yesteryear
Pure nostalgia of childhood
_Oh, man..._
I remember the Nick Jr. brand in the 90’s and 2000’s with the logo in many different logo designs similar to Nick who still uses them today.
Seeing those two hits me HARD! Also, those clay characters are as old as me!
When i saw the thumbnail, you could slowly see my smile turn into a very sad frown.
I like to imagine that, at least in depictions where they are humanoid figures, Nick is a parent and Jr is their child ☺️
Also, that logo animation has very high quality and holds up surprisingly well for today.
I remember when I was younger and the end of an episode would play and nick and jr would show up, if freeze thinking they’d come out of the tv and kill me if I even breathed 😂. I look back at those memories scared and happily because they shaped my interest in horror and fnaf.
THE BLUE HEAD, which is made out of clay, is gone and is missing! Holy Moly! Nick needs to bring back the mascots!
I remember back in my old days of nick jr being my very kids channel the Nick and Jr mascot was my favorite. But seeing them rn still together is showing Nick and Jr will love on forever and ever 🧡💙
