The only tools required for this install are a pry tool remove the mirror and a T10 Torx screwdriver to remove the 4 required screws.

Great! The owner Tony is a great guy, I hung out and talked with him at the shop for the ~1hr it took to do the resonator delete. He was very meticulous in making sure everything looked good. He spent about 15-20 mins just making sure the tips aligned properly, and put a rust coating on the welds to ensure nothing rusted out. His price was very reasonable compared to other shops in the area.
