That 212 swapped Grom clone is fast AF. Be cool to see a feature video on that bike.
We always repurpose the horn button for n2o they even sell a thing that switches between the horn and n2o depending on throttle.
Port match the gaskets, polish the combustion chamber and get a higher compression piston cut. Get that piston to within a thousandth of an inch of its life close to the valve, then some relief to get the compression where it should be. This bike can be a little racer. You already have the management set up for those mods.
where can you get a higher comp piston for these bikes?
@@jakes8444 Sorry mate I'm from southern africa, so my best advice is to start talking to some engine builders, if they can't, it's 2 phone calls away from someone who probably can. Out here its easier to get custom pistons than finding replacement parts for imports sometimes.

I swapped a ZS-190 onto my Vader and it kills the 125. Mine is only a 2 valve and I can still hit 80mph. I only weigh 150 though. I’d love to see you guys EFI swap a ZS-190 or 212.

You can probably drill and tap the clutch handle and switch mount/housing and use little #6-32 × 1/4 screws for a little aluminum bracket to mount nitrous button. Or just scuff it and epoxy the mount on. Either way I'm impressed with the tuner and the power gain from the nitrous 😆 shit escalated quickly

Bro I feel for you with the back thing ,years bro ,and years and years of pain and suffering ,sounds like the disc is leaking and possibly touching the cord ,(that’s them really sharp pains ) it won’t fix itself,I had a blown one in me bottom of me back which went unnoticed just carrying on working you not he drill ,work with the aching but immobilised when the sharp unbearable pain start ,still to this day 30 years later still getting pain ,not as bad and not as many days of the immobilised pain ,I had the same in my neck,didn’t know thought it was due to the back ,because I was getting numbness in me legs and the feeling of water being poured down them ,and wind blowing on them like I didn’t have pants on ,turned out to be my neck had burst a disc and slowly getting worse ,I had the nothing wrong with your bac scenario from doctors,I was in a lot of pain ,got through out of doctors surgery for arguing,he said there’s nothing wrong ,I couldn’t feel parts of my legs the water and wind thing and I started to stumble as my legs started to do they own thing separate to my brain ,two different doctors later I got to see a neurologist who sent me for a mri which uncovered in their words ,a massive prolapse disc causing severe spinal cord compression ,had an operation on me neck and a frame put were the disc was ,the rules in the guidelines say any serious cord compression should be relieved without three weeks as to not causes permanent damage,14 months going from numbness to walking like a drunk man ,needless to say I have a few problems now ,not as bad ,still got the back pain ,because the damage has healed and the pain is bearable if I don’t lift to much and got pain killers ,don’t mess about ,the best advice I can give you with you back is ,loose a bit of weight ,I had no choice I lost it doe to being I’ll ,but it did make a massive difference,I just cut out sugar after gaining it again and back starting it shit again ,sorry for the long drawn out sermon,but I like you guys ,your pretty cool ,and the amount of people suffering with disc problems is only rising ,the bike was sick by the way ,nos made a massive difference,I was surprised 😮 how good it turned out ,the new cdi and app are unbelievable good with the data ,shame you have to pay for upgrades,not bad if it’s cheap to upgrade,bike looks good m8 I’m impressed 😎

Def relocate the button I bet that helps a lil bit. You should try swapping bikes with one of them Honda boys and see if it feels faster or the same. My theory is your bikes faster but they have some power to weight advantage there. Kinda like how most race horse jockeys are smol dudes for a reason so they use every advantage they can.
Yeah we had the same guy ride them all and he came back and said mine felt faster. I'll probably end up doing a nitrous window switch so it can activate/deactivate it on its own and I can just ride it without having to worry about hitting the button.
Maybe we will see a gnarly 250 swap? Or something of that nature?😉 😂

What size jet are you using. Any link to the nitrous kit?
It's a grom/z125 universal kit from dynotunenitrous. Com. Comes with a 4hp and 6hp jet. As for the exact size I'm not sure what they are. I just used the smaller looking one to keep things "safe". Just type in grom nitrous kit and it'll pull up
The exhaust manifold is the bottle neck now put a fatter exhaust manifold on it the remove some of that extra back pressure you created.

Love it, I'm not a bike guy persay, but these overglorfied scooters are perfect. I love the CT90's and i wish we could get the newer model 125's here in Canada. The cheap chines knock offs though are pretty decent.

It's literally a 4hp shot. It's gonna pick up atleast that and possibly even more torque. The half hp would be from the intake.
You don’t feel any faster or any difference because your not a professional tuner. If you take your bike to a Dyno they will tune each rpm on each gear to the best air and fuel ratio and I promise you that you’ll surely feel the throttle response difference and it’ll sound a bit better to you too I bet.
I 100% can tune the ecu myself lol which is why I bought a standalone to do so. I don't feel a difference because it's just running on the base map

Stop using that clutch when shifting brother, motorcycles are dogbox transmissions, let of quick grab the next gear and get back on it, you're doing way more damage clutch kicking it in every gear
To easy to miss a gear like that and also slower. To each their own. I've done it every which way you can. Its a cheap mini bike that i just put nitrous on and plan to swap. Not to worried about the potential damage lol. If you wanna shift fast Quick Shifter is the way. Gp style if you really don't wanna miss gears.
