How does it work on bikes equipped with the Di2 version of the Alfine-8 or Alfine-11 hub? Do you have to unplug the electrical connector from the motor unit every time you remove the wheel? In the motor unit's user manual it says "Do not keep connecting and disconnecting the small waterproof connector. It may impair the function". If this is the case, then I guess sooner or later the wire would have to be replaced.
Thank you. Saved me a very expensive visit to the bike shop (here in Japan it's such a rip off). Everytime I remove a wheel and put it back, it seems the brake isn't aligned though.
