A lady offered to do your laundry in Yorkshire whilst hiking the Coast to Coast.Yourself and Ben were given a lift when you were both soaked to the bone on the Yorkshire Moors.That was God's intervention.The people are the most friendly and genuine.@@hikersheep

I hope you liked it too. :) Was gonna see if I can bring Ben to walk SDW on our upcoming UK trip in April - June 2024 but since we are going to Scotland first to hike the Scottish National Trail, it will be too far to travel to south England .. so we decided Yorkshire and Lake District instead.:)

Thank youuu! Is it very wet right now or all the time? On our upcoming trip to Scotland in April, I learn to bring a better heavier proper rain jacket instead of the lightweight one I brought the last time on Cape Wrath Trail
@hikersheep We've got a second storm in two weeks, causing much flooding. April, May and September are the best months to visit so hopefully you'll be ok. And NO MIDGIES haha.
@scotlandsbest3981 oyaaa...i remember seeing a post about flooding on Great Glen Way trail! 🤯 YAYYY FOR NO MIDGIES! We got biting gnats and mosquitos here in Texas too in the summer. But we're all glad we are past that.
@hikersheep There must be a reason for them. Just can't think of a good one lol. I'm not sure if I've seen you on the Scottish island yet, but I'd recommend Skye and Mull, as well as Harris & Lewis for the amazing clear water and pure white beaches. I'm sure you'll have a great time wherever you end up.
