Bro in bios it shows sata 0 and sata 1 hdd but for my ssd it shows none

crystaldisk app show my hdd but in (this pc) it didn't show any new disk so i tried last method, import disk and done

@@nampallyjagan5073 update. My brother in law did it for me. BUT. He went to bios and checked the SATA port statuses and he saw that all SATA ports were set to DISABLED, so he switched the settings to enable them. Don’t know how your computer is like but that’s what we did on mine

Service center person checked mine , he said the optical drive location not working correctly so the disk not showing up in the bios . So have to use it externally seems .

And when I connected externally with cable, harddrive asking for bitunlock password , I don't know the password actually , how to get this fixed.
