@@brettskinner5824 I sit corrected. Not being from the farming community I was just voicing how wonderful it looked to me a layperson with no farming knowledge seeing the male beasts greet each other.
@@laviniajohnson9210 Yes. Many live around a farming community but know very little about farming or animals. I live in an area with acres and acres of farmland but most people who work are inside not outside.
You are a marvellous soul giving all of these beauties a wonderful sanctuary. So glad that Hamish is home where he belongs. God bless you for what you do 🙏🏻❤️
Thank you for telling us what the pink stuff was because I would've asked👍 lol. I think this is the first time I've heard Hamish make a sound since subscribing to your channel. He seems happy to be back at home on the sanctuary with you & his buddy Kyloe.
I don't think I've ever heard hamish's voice before and so much of it! Maybe he was announcing his return or calling out to kylo, but he was very insistent. Usually he's very passively getting groomed but today I heard him Express himself and it was interesting. Thank you for sharing
Cows are so adorable , sweet, and beautiful. It's so amazing that there are people like you as few as you are that are gentle and kind to these animals. The amount of abuse cattle go through in chain dairy and meat is saddening. This is a true haven for cattle species and animals in general.
Got a little emotional there Hamish back home. Thank God. He is a tuff fellow. Kyloe wasn’t sure what happened to his friend. Had to take a couple of snuffs there to make sure his buddy is back home. 🙏😊🥰
I wish I lived close to you Marc, even though the company that I work for buys me the tools that I need, I prefer to pay for them with my own money. This way when I'm forced to quit or retire, I'll have all the tools I need. And I never hesitate to share my tools with anyone who needs to use them. Also, I love helping people with their projects and would love to help you with yours. But for now I'm stuck here in lower Michigan.
What fly spray do you use for Kyloe? Thanks for the right hip wound explanation. Wound Care Certified RN, Retired. Such a gentle reunion...sorta like a hug, Coo style!
May give you a laugh, I once had to drive myself 3 miles to the hospital on a John Deere 1010 tractor. Point being you do what you have to, to get the job done.
You got two highlanders and a goat. So which one is the picky eater??? LOL. Brings back memories when my parents had Scottish Highlanders on the farm. Didn't have a dog as a pet but I sure did have a highlander(a 1000 pound dog-like steer) as a pet. Barney followed me around everywhere on the barnyard. Loved to have behind his ears scratched.
Do you need bug spray? ill donate 1000 dollars twords your trailer. I hope other can help also. Because its HAMISH AND KYLOE . i HAVE GROWN TO LOVE THEM.. AND YOU.,
Bondi vet used swat on a Steer's horn that had to be cut because it was starting to grow into his cheek. They bandaged it too because it was bleeding despite being cauterized. Very good precautionary method, flies can do a number on wounds.
It's always hard, or impossible, to know exactly what's going on inside a critter's brain. When they move so slowly, there's a tendency to think they're just stupid. I'd wager Hamish is smarter than some of the humans I know, though. Awesome reunion, too. :-D
@@HamishandKyloe You should look for volunteers who might be willing to write grants for you! I work at a museum, and grant writing is definitely a skill.

For 2 bulls to greet each other like that is just wonderful.
They’re bonded, if there is such a thing with cows
