Anyway, I'm glad you commented about "distortion" at the right time, I think I needed that reality check bcoz of my psychological BS creeping in.
I've done it this year in the session I didn't feel any difference . After doing the practices for a while it completely changed me upside down. Trust me the change is amazing . You will never want to miss the practice for a day . 😊😊

Yu are doing great job. But I want you to do research on this matter below. I have seen most of sadguru vedios and I was very much excited by watching his vedio. But recently I happened to see a vedio about him . In that vedio he says that Sadguru was trained by Rishiprabhakar, a Yogi teaching Siddha sahaga yoga, short form is SSY. He is saying this with proof of sadguru pics with Rishiprabhakar. Later sadguru was teaching this SSY in Hyderabad and other areas and Vjii ma was also a teacher in SSY. There they meet each other.He posted pics of sadguru and viji standing together with other team members and Rishiprabhakar as Their Guru. Now he is asking why sadguru keep this information as secret. He didn't reveal anywhere about this information. I also watched most of his vedios but he didn't reveal this information anywhere. So I also don't know why he keeps this information as secret because it is an important information about his life. I expect an answer from you.

let there be enough testimonials so that as many people will get to understand about all the benefits of IE... there is also an advantage that 'even crude skeptics cannot miss the fact that such genuine testimonials cannot be documented in such large numbers if it were a hoax...but sure you could get creative in finding better locations ; )"
