I think a lot of people missed the Kroger deal of the week. There is a digital coupon for 6.00 of 3 PepsiCo products which include bubbly. The bubbly is part of the buy 3 save 2 dollars each sale. This brings the price down to 99 cents a 12 pack!

My kroger had peaches on sale for 99 cents a pound and oranges for a little less than 4 dollars for 8 lbs.

Best deal this week is 99 cents a pound bone in chicken breast no limit at HEB or 97 cents a pound for same thing at united/market street/Albertsons no limit. West Texas
Wow! That's a great deal on chicken! We used to see that price on bone in chicken but I can't remember the last time it got that low!
I don’t live near a Kroger but have a discount grocery outlet nearby. They had packs of organic raspberries for .99 each. I bought pretty many and canned jelly for the year! Have to buy the deals as they come.

We did not have good deals at Aldi or our local grocer this week. So we got things we usually aren't able to and cleaning supplies. Stayed under budget anyhow.
Way to be flexible and use the lack if sales to stock up on other things you need! 🙌 It's always great to stay under budget! 👍
Woohoo below budget is a win. I accidentally didn’t cancel my every plate order but luckily I was enough under budget that I actually had enough to end under budget for the month. I have to go back and double check that I didn’t miss anything but excited for you and looking forward to hearing about how the job affected the budget. Of course, I am sure you didn’t let it affect the budget but only your stress level.
Woohoo! I hate it when I miss canceling something! Glad it worked out okay. My stress level is decreasing by the day...but my catch up projecy to do list is also getting longer by the day! 😂

Great prices on the block cheese!!! I wanted to let you know I hat you helped me score great deals on ground beef but not in the conventional way. I live in a town that had only 2 grocery stores Walmart & Safeway. The other grocery stores are 2 plus hours or more away. I was talking to a friend about your videos & about the great deal with the ground beef you purchased. I was depressed that I don’t have the opportunity to get sale price deals on ground beef. Long story but the friend told me about a town 40 miles away with population of less than 1000 that had ground beef for $3.99 per pound only for that day which was Memorial Day. I didn’t even know that town had a grocery store. They don’t have a bank, or gas station. I ended my phone call with her & my husband & I jumped in the car & drove to that town. The store only had 8 packages of ground beef left, the packages were 2 pounds each. I estimate that we spent $8 total on gas to drive there. I was happy to get the 16 pounds of ground beef.

My eggs are $1.99 for 12 weekly deal I still have 4 pkgs - 18ct, 5 doz 12 ct.
This weekly deal is milk gal for $2.59, regular price is $3.29 gal.

Did you see the bubly deal? They are on mega for 2.99 when you buy 3. Buy three and use a 6 of 3 coupon. Makes each one 99 cents. :) hope you find it!

I'm in the Dallas area and our Kroger has 1/2-gallon milk for $1.19 and 80% ground beef for $2.99 pound. Curious if you have a backup generator? Are you ever worried you'll lose power and all that food? We've had our fair share of storms this week and today we lost power for almost 7 hours, one of our sons lives close by and had power so I brought all my refrigerated food to him and figured I'd move the freezer stuff in the morning if I had too. My first thought when the power went off is what about all the food I just bought!!
We do have a backup generator but have never had to use it. I always keep a couple extra jugs of ice in the freezer that I could easily throw in the fridge or cooler - or just leave in the freezer to save the food. Glad your power came back on relatively quickly! I have a friend in Texas who is going on day 3 without power! 😲
@@joyfullythriving I also know people who have been without power since Tuesday, that was my biggest fear, but I know we got lucky.
