I wouldn't set up Google profile until I've been in business for 90 days and have mastered the process...that way you won't be getting bad reviews while you're learning because the bad reviews will stick around and cost you money😉

Unfortunately you can get a bad review after 9 years and a pro. People do weird things. Encourage your customers to leave reviews.

People are weird and leave bad reviews regardless. I had a guy leave a bad review and 1 star because he called at an odd hour and I didn't answer my phone. Instead of using the Google messaging or leaving a vmail, he left a bad review. Lol been in biz for 4 years.
Been in business for 3 yrs and never had a bad one. I know I will get one but customer service helped me not get bad reviews when I was terrible at my job 😂.

I'm not interested nor was I ever interested I was security have and his crew was the cleaning crew that's it . Because you work with people doesn't mean you and the other person are involved or having a relationship . You treat people nice and some people or person always take this out of context .

Got a question.. what do u do when the company that you are cleaning for keeps getting petty complaints and in my case from a bank and they start leaving money out and debit cards on floor on purpose. How would u handle situation. We have recorded video pics etc. we feel like the company wanna dump contract but needs a reason.

Hi AJ my name is Pat I'm a new cleaning service in Clarksdale Ms and I was trying to see what's the difference between LLC and business license
The LLC is the actually registration of your business. It makes it an entity and it's done at the state level. The business license just gives you a license to perform business in your local city/county and is handled at that level. Some cities don't require a business license for a cleaning business so check with your local city or county government to verify if you even need one

Really depends on how you do it. I recommend having $3k - $5k but you can literally start it with a couple hundred bucks if you needed to
