If you open the Tool Collector's text book, to the chapter on gender studies, isn't if fascinating how delicate words of concern for our brothers: "Where are you going to put all that?" turn to evil when hissed by the female of the species? " Where are you going to put all of that? "
What-a-Haul! Reminds me of a craftsman load i dragged home once... I miss hitting the estate sales...and the feeling of scoring a big load... I'm not a snap on fan...but nothing feels better than finding it cheap in the wild... i grab all i can...lol.. Good Stuff Mr. Dave!
Thanks Vic. I had to take a break from estate sales and auctions because I went a little crazy last year. Still digging out! I'm back at it now, but going to be much more selective in the future. Appreciate you tuning in.
David, I can't wait to see what you do with the transition hand plane. Colins axe manufacturer made some really nice axes, and are still in business today. I am interested to see what, if any stamp is on that head. Very nice tool haul.
@@_BigLife_ tHank you for that. I didn't know. I'll need to keep an eye out. ( Which by the way is all around good advice when people are swinging axes )

Thanks for watching. This was some older footage that I just never had time to post, I bought this last summer. If my memory serves me I spent about 300 at that auction, but I think there were a few other things that I did not show in the video, non-tool related. I've flipped some of the stuff, but still have the tool box. I need to clean it up.
I've been paying my penance for decades ago when I shunned Craftsman. Now I've got the box, got a few sets,...and am collecting together a Craftsman tool chest.
Looks really great.
Thank you!
Thats a great tool haul David. So much good stuff., So many projects. Now you have to find a spot for all of it. Great video.
Thanks Dale, always the challenge to find places to put these. 🤣🤣

That could very well be the greatest tool haul ever David! Good stuff, I love the Snap On toolbox.
Thanks Bill, was pretty happy with the load!
Definitely lives up to the name! Great stuff
David that's a great haul! I think you were gonna say "It's 5 o clock somewhere" 🍻
For sure! It is always 5 somewhere. Thanks for tuning in.
That Snap On tool box is impressive!!
Yes, it’s pretty sweet.

Nice. I've been trying to find a old snap on box like that for my garage.

@@westhighlandsshop No I'm in Illinois
Great stuff David 😮👍👍
I appreciate it! Took a break for awhile, but back at it now!
I have that same SnapOn box. Bought it used from SnapOn in 1978. It's a tank. They aren't made like that anymore.
Awesome! It is a big ole heavy tank. Thanks for tuning in.

Thanks Ryan, I’ll see what I can find on the Collins.
@westhighlandsshop really good brand. If they have a hammer and crown, they are very sought after
