  • I stitched together the videos from the weekend so you can watch the full thing at once! In November, we took a road trip to the Kii Peninsula 紀伊半島 to ride bikes in Wakayama, Mie, and Nara Prefectures.
On day 1 we biked from Nabari in Mie Prefecture, and on day 2 we went from Kawayu Onsen to Shirahama on the Pacific Ocean coast. On day 3 we followed the the Kumano River to some famous shrines in Shingu, part of the Kumano Kodo. On the final day, we crossed the border into Nara Prefecture to ride on some rural gravel roads. We visit Hayatama Taisha and Hongu Taisha, two of the three main shrines making up the Kumano Sanzan.

I really enjoy your vlogs. And I'm always so impressed with the research that goes into each video. It isn't just about cycling, it's about culture and food and the places that you visit. Wonderful. And greetings from Sweden!

Greetings. TH-cam's algorithm brought me to you and I really enjoy content of your videos. But unfortunately there is one thing that makes tad bit harder to enjoy your videos. Idk how to properly explain, but probably parts of video that are filmed by phone feels jerky and I am guessing that framerate set on phone does not match framerate of GoPro and final video.
I can feel that you guys put enormous amount of effort into your videos, so it feels sad that such amount of effort might slightly ruined by simple mismatch of framerate settings.

Hello, thank you for your feedback! I agree, there are definitely parts of filming/editing/exporting that I am still trying to learn. I'll be looking at the framerate in my next video more closely to try and make the final version more comfortable to watch. I appreciate you taking the time to share your honest opinion in a kind way!
