They now have the 110bhp engine available with a 6 speed manual which I think is the perfect combo for this car. Currently top of my shortlist!!

Another well presented no bias and informative video Tish. I had a pre-facelift 2015 SEL 6 speed manual 1.2L model version for over 4 years for my daily 80 mile round trip commute to work and it was fantastic. The new version from a specification perspective trumps that one probably in all areas bar one, the new one has become softer but still looks really good and those tail lights clusters are bang up to date. Although I miss the sharper lines of the older model it still has that Fabia shape and if I was in the market for this class of car it would be top of my test drive list. It may not be the best brand preference, best handling or most responsive but would probably suite the go anywhere do anything and general living with the car better than a lot of the other options currently available. It's the thinking persons car for definite. Thanks for sharing.

The Fabia was the best selling car in Slovakia and the Czech Republic in 2021.
When I go to Slovakia in 1.5 weeks time, I am very likely to see a lot of Fabias and other Škoda models.

I am a driving instructor and teach in a Skoda Citigo. The former Fabia was 9cm wider than the Citigo which concerned me. Some of my customers are very nervous so want a car that is as easy as possible to drive. The moving grill sounds very clever. I am looking forward to seeing this in the flesh at Wings in Peterborough. Thank you.

It looks like Skoda have tried really hard within the limitations they have to work in, because truth be told, any car company in the VW group probably has to play second fiddle to the parent company themselves, and spend half their time raiding the VW parts bin for what they can get hold of. This car alone though, for the price, highlights one of the biggest problems with EV's now and how expensive they are. For most consumers, EV's just aren't an option, and despite being told EV sales are booming, what you're not told is that a very large percetange are sold to business/fleet customers and not your average person. Good, honest review though.
