Always glad to hear the "I've got black friends"/"People need to read more about J6 cuz my friend was there and said it wasn't that bad"/"Trump is a uniter not divider" combo.
    Pure idiocy and delusion.

I've live in North Carolina, and have been here a majority of my life, and I have never seen so many pro-Democrat signs out in lawns. I'm hoping that's a good sign of things to come.

Makes sense. A lot of Florida Democrats moved to North Carolina as well as a lot of NY Democrats.

I wish once and for all Americans would understand the president has almost no control over the economy and interest rates and thus inflation. The Fed sets interest rates and our economy is influenced by worldwide market forces.

Broadly that is true, but when congress potato cannon's 5 Trillion of "free" COVID cash, it does have a dramatic impact on the world economy.

Not voting is not a "message" to anyone. It's a way to be removed from the conversation and from consideration. Why do we favor Israel so much? Because Jews vote. Why can't we trade with Cuba but can with Vietnam? Because Cubans in Florida vote.

it only feels close because harris went from a 2008 obama level inspirational candidate with sky high adoration to a 2016 clinton level neoliberal centrist ghoul who is trying to court deplorables by embracing EXTREMELY unpopular ghouls like the cheneys. if harris does lose it will show every democratic strategist and consultant that americans view being a neoliberal centrist ghoul is worse than being a far right, bigoted fascist. of course these strategists wont learn that lesson and will continue turning the democratic party into a lighter republican party and continue to suppress their voters' enthusiasm

The only thing I noticed is that she is talking with some republicans, some difficult for democrats to stomach. But her policies and what she has stated in her platform has not changed that I have noticed. She as on stage with Cheney fully engaged in speaking on women’s rights and abortion. Cheney spoke after and said there are points they don’t agree on at all, but she was putting those to the side. Does it really mean that Harris can’t govern the way she has espoused and still be friendly to the “…ghouls,” ? Does she have to boot them off to be acceptable to her supporters?

@@JennieBanks aside from social issues, harris and the democrats have pretty much become the 2000s era bush republicans, neocon warmongers lmao. she started out with a bold progressive vision for the country with the things she was saying and her tim walz pick. but now her campaign is full of billionaire donors, corporate strategists and consultants, and genuinely being afraid of being seen as too liberal (read: black). she dropped ALL of her economic and care economy proposals and shied away from going after price gougers, all of which were extremely popular policy positions. now shes talking about typical neoliberal tax cuts and small business stuff (small business support is good, but 99% of people will never be a small business owner). in fact i dont even know if she will continue her support for labor, unions, and the working class, something that biden was incredibly good on

She doesn’t stand for authoritarianism, she doesn’t stand for xenophobia, she doesn’t stand for staging coups, she doesn’t stand for complimenting dictators, she doesn’t stand for stripping health insurance coverage away from millions, she doesn’t stand for lawlessness from elected officials, she doesn’t stand for gaslighting her supporters, she doesn’t stand for giving billionaires all the tax cuts, she doesn’t stand for willful ignorance, she doesn’t stand for disenfranchisement of thousands of Americans, she doesn’t stand for fawning over Putin, she doesn’t stand for only herself.
