I've never heard of, tasted or seen Spatzle. It looks delicious. I've also never seen a devise that you used to put the spinach mix into the boiling water. The city views were beautiful too.

I haven't had Spätzle in years. My Oma and Opa had a housekeeper who made it using a knife on a cutting board, just quick back-and-forth swipes on the board. Never had *green* Spätzle, though! I have the exact same spaetzle maker and usually make them green. But never tried with this sauce. In Argentina we call it "Gran Caruso" and we add some sauteed champignons. You're invited to dine at home when you return to Bariloche, Sara. Ok you can bring Luca too.😇

I still reserve that tradition of cooking and enjoying a meal, even by myself, as my daughter is grown and my parents are now looking down on me. Here in the states we have many types of poker from 5 card draw to 7 card stud to my favy, no limit Texas holdem. It looks like y'all are about to play 5 card draw but I'm not sure yet because I had to pause the video to type this. Y'all should try Texas holdem, its the one with the community cards in the middle of the table all players play off of with their 2 cards. Okay paused again...if y'all make it to Oklahoma let me know! I need Sara to go play poker with me! There's nothing like a couple of unassuming ladies sitting down at a poker table & running it when its full of men. They do get upset! I took $1400 usd off a guy one night because I pissed him off when I won a big hand & he couldn't stop coming after me, giving me more & more of his $$ It was great! My hubby was laughing the whole time sitting across the table from me.

It’s to bad the world can’t speak one language. We could get along a lot better. When I was in the army in 1977 they sent me to Germany. I didn’t want to go but had to. Once I was there I learned how to speak the language and it was better for me even though they could speak English. Thank you for taking the time to speak English. Other channel I watch "Not Useless Yet" he drove from Austria to Northern Italian coast town where he bought property, last week he got back in to check on property. The heavy rains did a little damage to the inside. He is looking into getting the work credit from banks too to redo the roof. I now see where all the wonderful cooking comes from. Your father is such an artist with his bakery. You and your brother have the cooking bug too. Wonderful looking dinner you all prepared. Wished you dad could have been in more of video. Wow - the mountains are so amazing. I've been near to this area visiting Cortina, the Dolomites are also breathtaking. You are blessed to live in such an amazing part of the world. And spätzle is one of my favorite dishes which I have only made once but it was really good. Thank you for reminding me and showing me the spinach option. Aloha!!!

Life is beautiful
last year in August we were in the beautiful Meran for the first time with the mobile home. We will definitely visit Sara's father's great cafe next time.. Greetings from Düsseldorf! Stay healthy!
