Not only does it help with balancing my emotions but it actually wards off negative energy, acting like a shield protecting me. Just wanted to update my experience with this crystal after 2months of wearing a smoky quartz bracelet with 6inch beads -
I have noticed the following results:
1. I used to suffer from joint pain from time to time in my legs which has subsided for good! So thankful for it!
2. I used to have heart palpitations during thunderstorms- that is gone now! Just want to add, I put on my Lepidolite crystal pendant during noisy thunderstorm at night and I can sleep stress free. 😌
3. Overall improvement in confidence while taking my small dog and a puppy out at night in the dark- used to be super alert of coyotes and bob-cats to a point of panic - now, I feel I have curbed my fear and have developed a faith in the universe- that Mother Nature will take care of me and those I love! I am still alert as I should be but I do not panic anymore It’s like a certain load has been lifted from my heart!
3.I feel a certain uplifting feeling standing in the grass surrounded by trees. It’s something I never quite noticed before!
4. It has promoted a sense of order in me- like it has helped me balance my life better with proper prioritization of the work that I need to do in a day - be it self-care,work duties,chores, entertainment, play time with my dogs and relaxation.
Summary- I love this crystal and it’s vibes ! Even visually I enjoy how it looks brown under the sunlight and yellow lights 😄😄 I love gazing at the beads 🤎🤎🤎🤎

It keeps me calm and balanced at all times. It is the only stone thus far that I can keep with me every single day and be comfortable. It has helped me alleviate irritability and stay cool & calm in negative circumstances.
I used to get heart palpitations during severe thunderstorms which is super common where I live - With smoky quartz in my hand I have got such relief! I am so much calmer during lightning and thunder and can breathe easy!

Hii. I love your videos! I have a question. I’ve dreamt 2 times with smokey quartz. I think is a sign i should buy one already. Im scared to see ghosts and that stuff haha. Have you experience something like that with your smokey quartz?
OOoo I love having dreams about crystals, I take it super seriously that I'm like meant to have whatever is calling to me lol I would say that this stone is really all about protection and really grounding our energy, I have no experiences with anything scary happening with smoky quartz personally, even ghosts or negative unwanted spirits - it really is just like a strong solid vibration, nothing can be conquered up if you are using the quartz for positive feelings. I know the darker crystals get a wrap for scary stuff but that is only do to the person setting that intention with them to do so, so def don't worry at all! :)

Sounds like it does about the same thing as bkack tourmaline but the smokey quartz is way more durable.

You know I'm not really sure about the linkage, something I would have to dive into more, if anything I could see that the E.Ts might be aware of the smoky quartz on our planet and are attracted to it, so the chances of spotting one might be great because they are watching us handle the smoky quartz 😜 lol
It changes the frequency around you, which our galactic friends notice, and maybe decide to show themselves to you. They love us! And they will gradually become seen and know more.

I bought my first crystal and I got it today and it’s a tiny smoky quartz cluster. Mine have like dirt inside it so I can’t see through it,my question is have you seen or have any crystals with dirt inside? I’m new to crystals so when I saw my smoky quartz with a lot of dirt inside I was so confused and disappointed but few minutes later I was like the dirt it came from the earth and it came with the crystal so it’s special hahaha.
heheh Sometimes quartz crystal can have inclusions or other mineral inside them making them look like dirt, or at the base of the crystal you can see some kind of brown dirty look material, if anything it will promote even more ground vibes to you! Smoky Quartz is a LOVELY stone to work with :D SO excited for your crystal journey!!

You can place it anywhere that feels good for you. I like to keep crystals out where I will see them everyday, you can put it next to your bedside and notice if it affects your sleep at all, if it does then I would keep it outside the bedroom :)

Your non-dominant hand is for receiving energy from the crystal, you dominant hand is for putting your energy into the crystal :) Hope this helps!

I have a few videos on cleansing but smoky quartz is totally okay in water, you can cleanse with sound, smoke, visualization, other crystals like selenite etc. :) hope that helps!
