Alrighty guys!! Let us here what Amethyst has done for you in your life! Any stories or just observations you have made while being with this stone, I know there are soo many positive aspects with this stone and I wanna show it some love!
Sharing my experience: First time when I wore amethyst, well it did wonders for me. Good sleep, throat cleared and good positive vibes. And for some reason I removed amethyst for 2 weeks. Again when I started wearing it. These are the experience I faced. 1. Nightmares (I suddenly woke up at middle of night felt like someone is near me) This happened twice and from there I never touched the crystal.

Currently I have been wearing my amethyst jewelry a lot and last night I didn't wear the bracelets I have been wearing and I fell really hard on my right knee :( I feel like I wasn't as protected as I normally am when I do wear amethyst jewelry. Hopefully my knee will be okay, it's super swollen and its hard to walk at the moment. But this made me think about it on a deeper level
Amethyst has similar properties to rose quartz for me most times. I also have about 15 pieces of amethyst because it never seems like I have enough. 😅 It’s in my car, my purse, my bedroom, and my basement. I love to show my crystals to my dog, and amethyst is his absolute favorite! Whenever I put a piece in front of him he licks it and tries to cuddle with it 🤣 he is also an Aquarius! Amethyst has helped me so much in ways I can’t really explain. It’s really helped me to feel like my best self and be more introspective. It is my favorite crystal feeling-wise and I’m not sure why but I’ll never question it. 😜
I think amethyst is beautiful. I started wearing it because it is my brother’s birthstone. He went to heaven in 2011 and my mom went four months after him. I feel amethyst gives me strength and makes me feel like he’s always with me.
I overlooked amethyst when I got into crystals because it's so common. But lately I've been riddled with anxiety and racing thoughts and I was wearing more stimulating crystals and my intuition was just like "try amethyst". I chilled WAY out when I started carrying it, I was surprised it made such a quick noticeable difference.
I'm a 32 y/o man living in Portland Oregon. I really wanted to share this with all of you. My family had a cabin in Canada. The neighbors apparently built a fireplace out of amethyst for their cabin but had to demolish it. So my grandmother got about 4 5 gallon buckets of peices of amethyst. So my mother grew up around amethyst. When I was 31 my mother died. I was an only child to a single mom. I inherited so many peices of amethyst! Some are peices I bought her.... here is the story I suppose. When I went to visit my grandmother in Canada, she had gotten up extra early and sprinkled some amethyst in the shallows by the shore of the lake. She then told all us cousins and boys that a pirate had abandoned treasures near here and had us snorkel to find all the crystal 🔮 amethyst crystal. When I was about 6 I believed it! Now as I'm older I just miss my mom, her amethyst sits in my living room. Also before my mom passed she was about 20 years sober from everything except caffeine. And I bet you the amethyst helped her! Even if just a placebo! RIP Janet Dandeneau. Love you

I brought my amethyst rock 🪨 to the beach 🏖️ with me this morning ☀️ I needed it to focus 🧘 lately I’ve been having negativity in my thoughts 💭 and anxiety 😬. This has helped me gain clarity and insight. The affirmation with the amethyst rock 🪨 that I’ve said on the beach is “I affirm that I am always protected.” ❤
I am new to the crystal world but i have to say i walk into n little stall and saw this amethyst crystal walk right up to it and bought it as if it was calling me
For some reason I often connect better with the weirder more obscure crystals first. It took me a while before I could connect with amethyst. Now that I have, I love it. I love the peace and contentment feeling. Right now one of my favorite third eye and crown chakra crystals is herderite. It feels very strange. It makes me feel much more focused and I think it gives allot of joy and psychic protection.
oooh I will have to be on the look out for that one!! I am getting closer to the third eye chakra now with my series so I am starting to explore more intuitive stones :)

It's very good as an antinflamotory. I had a very bad infection in my gums also some throat problems and after putting the stone on the area the pain subsided a lot. It's like a medicine crystal for me. My dog had a very bad sprain , I badaged an Amethyst Palm stone on that leg and the next morning the sweeling dissapeared .
This beautiful lady on my job made me one of the most beautiful gifts 🎁 I ever received but I made a mistake 😭 and dropped and broke it. Hopefully she can make me another one

I absolutely love my amethysts, I have them on my tarot table and I can tell when they need to be cleansed because the energy feels different. I also like to put a small piece under my pillow (along with selenite) and like you said, it helps me remember my dreams the next day - also helps me sleep. I feel that when I am angry at something, holding my big chuncky amethyst cluster makes me lose to need to say unecessary harsh words.... I feel this with sodalite as well. By the way, I finally got myself a moldavite and I feel moldavite is the opposite of amethyst and they cannot be paired together, I wonder if you feel that as well.
Ah that is an interesting idea to pair those combos!! I will do an experiment with it this weekend because lately I have been wearing Amethyst non stop, its really been helping me calm down with nervous from my new job haha what my intuition tells me right now is that Moldavite and Amethyst could almost be too much of a head high, like your up in your head too much looking at skewed perspective and need more grounding idk lol
Yes very aware and vibrant easy to use loved it as a baby that phases out the world as a beginner and has a better shade than less of it's a decent stablizer and shelter where to start and tbh it's where it always ends aswell heh

Chevron Amethyst has more white quartz inner mixed in so chevron has an even more intense way of helping us channel higher wisdom in meditation, both are great for meditation but chevron amethyst is amplified from the white quartz in it :) Hope that makes sense!
Wow, this was amazing timing! I literally just got back from a road trip from Thunder Bay Canada last week, 8 hour drive for me, just so I could fulfill my bucket list of mining my own crystals. They have 3 mines and I hit 2, spent hours and hours digging up pieces, it was soooo fun and amazing. I literally laid down on a giant bed of thousands of stones. I brought back 50 pounds and my whole house is sourounded in purple and all my friends and family are getting amethyst for Xmas lol. However I immediately put some large pieces on my nightstand and my dreams were intense and I woke up quite often. I think it may just be a bit too much, so had to replace with some smaller stones. But it was such a COOL experience, it included a tour and learned all about how it forms, the best part was thinking "I'm the first human to ever touch this crystal, right out of the earth 💜" . If you or anyone who reads this lives in Ontario or anywhere near, I highly recommend checking it out if your crazy about crystals like me!
That literally sounds like a DREAM!! I would love to do this, I am making a mental note that next time I'm traveling to Canada I gotta try this :) There was another comment on here of someone saying the super large pieces make dreams too intense, that is so interesting to me!!

hey its might sound a little bit stupid but I love to wear crystal as a necklace and every time I take a shower I am showering with my water friendly crystal does this progress cleanse them and my other question is is incense charging crystal
You can definitely shower with your water safe crystal and have that be a energetic cleanse for both of you :) The smoke from the incense only cleanses the stone it will not charge it :)
I would say sometimes this can be a random thing that happens, I am so sorry that your crystal broke. You could take it as that crystal was not truly meant for you to work with - or that it served its purpose with you, I know it can be so confusing to figure out the why, maybe meditate on it too, to see if you get any insights from your guides. I love Amethyst, but I do have two issues with it. If I have several pieces of it I feel compelled to give it away to people I know or meet who I feel are struggling. This is the only crystal I want to do this with. Also, I like having it next to my bed, but it has to be a small piece...a cluster or a larger piece my dreams are insane!! Lol....not nightmares....just very bizarre, vivid, and strange. Remove the amethyst they calm waaaaay down. Anyone else have these experiences?

Yes amethyst gives me very intense dreams and they are much easier to remember. The effect is staggering because I’m someone that actually doesn’t dream at all. With some amethyst I’ll have a multitude of vivid dreams in one night.

Amethyst has a deep calming feeling to me. I love wearing it because it keeps me in a good headspace. Definitely my fave crystal!

I was having trouble sleeping but i slept with amethyst in my pillow and was able to resume a regular sleep pattern
