I have a ring with a smoky quartz in it, it seems to have the bubbles in it so is it all glass and if it is then does it still have some of the benefits and qualities

How about smoky quartz bead bracelet? I got one today but I am not sure it is heated or natural.
Often times they are heated for consistent color.
