I think that the crystals also "simply" help us tune in to our OWN energy. When I focus on the crystal in my hand I automatically become aware of my breath, my mood, feelings and physical being...and it makes me also focus on just beeing present. I think everybody could benefit from that. 😊❤

i put carnelian in my hands after it charged in the sun and moonlight for like three days straight, and i put it on my forehead for some odd reason (i could already feel the sensation in my hands but i was feeling curious) and when i did, my whole head felt like it was being SURROUNDED by energy!!! like never before! my face was tingling and my breathing was so at ease, but what i didn’t expect was to feel like i was moving the crystal with my mind?!? but the crystal was also trying to move me?!? it was so strange-it was like the crystal and i were moving energy together omg. i’m literally here just trying make sure i’m not going nuts 😭💕✨

I purchased one of the rarer, original lemurian crystal wands many years ago, when there were a lot of them around, and that crystal was so powerful. I had it under my pillow at that time when I would sleep, and that crystal started shocking me with energy in the middle of night. I woke up super uncomfortable with this pain at the back of my neck. I reached under the pillow and grabbed the crystal, and had so much energy emitting from it, I could barely hold it my hands. It was so strong I had to put it down. As soon as I set it down away from me, the discomfort and energy dissipated. It was a huge eye opener as to how powerful and real the energy of some of these crystals can be.
Nice! Yep, sometimes it feels like goosbumps. Sometimes its a tingle and pulsing. Sometimes and lately its a pure cold running up and down my body. Mhm. Thats when you know its working. The goosebumps, the electrifying feeling, pulsing, and cold going up and down the body. The shivering. You know its working when that happens. The "electromagnetic field" is actually you sensing and feeling your own energy or magic. The elctromagnetic field IS your magic and energy. Just fyi. 😊.
This is something I'm working on. I don't really feel energy yet. I think I'm too distracted. I need to work on mediating to slow my brain down. I have a high stress job and it's hard for me to truly be calm. I will say, I suffer from hormonal migraines and when I sleep with an amethyst on my third eye it helps. I can usually for go my meds. After working with crystals for a long time, I've found that going into a shop that sells rocks/crystals puts me into a distinct, energetic space...A kind of high! It can be disconcerting so I try to balance myself with a grounding rock or crystal!
I’ve discovered that with a still mind, I can feel the energy of ANY object, you name it. From a roll of recycling bags to a block of polystyrene to a toilet roll… All matter is energy. Sometimes when I’m sensing the energy of a crystal or mineral, I feel it strongly quite quickly and it’s obviously the crystal/mineral energy. But other times, when I’m sensing into it, I can feel energy, but I’m not sure if it’s the energy that’s in EVERYTHING. I guess in these instances, it needs charging up. I’m very new to crystals. Wado Great Spirit for the gift of Crystals. I sense their energy like a person with Tinnitus hears a pitch tones. It's weird 70% of the time it's always there, But praying increases it, as does going barefoot on the Grass I pick one up and a tone will sound in my left ear, it will either raise or lower in pitch, sometimes that loud I've had to put it down for awhile, Tormaline & Mica and Aragonite did that at first, now it's easily bearable but lets me know to use it, as others may not buzz or vibrate lower that day but louder a few Days later, leading me to use them. ♥️☀️🦅

I feel the need to write and say the experience I had today right before coming across your video/channel. So today I picked up my selenite sticks, one in each hand and the connection I felt was absolutely incredible. My thumb was pulsating and I could literally feel the energy flowing inside the crystal up and down and bouncing back to my thumb where it was throbbing then sending tingling sensation throughout my hands, arms and into the rest of my entire body it was absolutely amazing. I never had this strong of an intimate connection/feeling with them and I've had them for some time now I knew they were special but I guess to blocked or preoccupied that I didn't recognize them like I should have. I feel different tingles and vibrations with almost all gemstones. I just bought some Malachite that seems to be producing magnetism? It is a non magnetic, non-metallic stone. I've had 10 other people say they can feel it. I put it on my big clear quartz cluster, and it stuck to a pillar and didn't fall. Amazing.

I don't know why, but whenever I purify my crystals with strong intentions, I can literally feel my blood pressure on my left wrist (crystal holding hand), and it doesn't stop until I put my crystal away. Sometimes I can feel it through my whole left arm and my wrist starts slightly hurting bc of how strong the sensations and vibrations are. Writing this with my left wrist in pain rn, I just purified my rose quartz💝
So I am new to the whole Crystal thing, but I do have a small palm size amethyst crystal. As I watched your video, I held it in my left hand. At first in the center of my palm upright like you did. But I wasn’t feeling anything. But then I held it with my three fingers. Thumb, pointer, and middle finger. I instantly felt an electric buzzing feeling in my thumb. And then a little bit later on it almost felt like my fingers were stuck on it. Like a magnet. I am amazed that this is real. I’m definitely a believer now. I bought some crystals from an online shop. They also gave me some tiny crystals as a gift. At first I was disappointed cuz they looked so fake. But when I put them on my left hand...I felt tingling sensation and warmth in my palm while the skin touching the crystals felt cold. I was so surprised. Then I started to pick each of them and place on my right palm. The feelings were similar to the left hand but the vibration from one crystal just hit from my palm to my head. i meditated with an amethyst on my forehead for about ten minutes after a self reiki session and saw a glimpse of my sprit guide for the first time . "crystal clear" image of a woman's eyes and eyebrows , it was amazing. and recently while looking around in a crystal shop i actually felt some loving energy coming from the crystals on the back shelf . i knew the emotion wasn't coming from me because it was "intrusive" like have you ever had a voice in your head say something and it may be in your own voice but you didnt think that thought..it just appeared? and that "inserted" thought turned out to be relevant later on like perhaps it was a warning about a person or something and u dismissed it? thats how it felt ..an intrusive loving feeling i couldnt pinpoint which stone or stones but i ended up going home w a beautiful dark purple lepidolite obelisk with lots of shiny quartz flecks . looks like the stars in a nights sky :)

i love your passion for crystals! my relationship with them has been gradual too, i've collected them for like 6 years but only in the last two years have i been consistent with them in my practice. i coordinate my crystals to my chakras too! *:･ﾟ✧

This video was so incredibly helpful! It made me realize that the tingling sensation I feel when I hold citrine, carnelian, and clear quartz is not just a random meaningless sensation! I'd say crown chakra crystals are good because of their higher vibrational qualities, but equally as effective is holding and working with a crystal that you feel naturally drawn to in a powerful way. We all have our own energies, so certain chakra crystals will stimulate certain people more than others. :) Blessings! Thanks again for this video!

I recently meditated with rose quartz but this time when I had it in my hand it got really hot almost like a burning sensation. When I put it over my heart chakra that area felt the same way too. I was really taken aback like wow

So see if I am accurate- I was in Hobbi Lobbi the other day just looking at the tumbles. I picked up Obsidian- felt a slight sense of grounding and light clarity of thought, picked up the Lapis, about the same, picked up the clear quartz tumbles and was VERY surprised and the sharp clarity of energy that felt like a refraction of my own thoughts. It’s not that I specifically felt a physical tingling, it’s that the bodily and intuitive impression of clarity was pervasively present and at least- I would say triple, maybe 5 times greater than any other stone. Even the amethyst was not as high as the clear quartz. Seem accurate to you?

I feel like whenever I pick a crystal it’s just a random rock and regardless of the amount of meditations I try I just can’t connect or feel anything from them - especially the bigger ones.
It can definitely be a long process trying to dive into crystal energy. Sometimes there are factors with our own energy that we have to sort through before we can break through and notice the crystal's energy. Keep believing in yourself and have an open mind, maybe it will happen with a super small shift and you will be like "OH wow this is it! I feel a difference!" Sometime we overthink the process when we just have to kinda let the crystal do its thing :)
I’ve tried everything with crystals. But nothing work. I only feel the pulsing sensation when I hold a crystal. But I think that’s my hand pulse. Because I touch everything else and it feels the same way. I can touch a doll or even a flower and I feel the same way. So I don’t think it’s the Crystal. I really want to feel it. I want to confirm the Crystal energy its real. I’ve cleansed them, I meditate with them and nothing. It’s a bit frustrating
I have a doubt, I'm very new to crystals, I never planned on getting one, but i do believe in them, so my sister got her very first one green aventurine but from the day she got that i don't know what was happening i was drawn towards it always, it was itching me to hold it although I never touched it and also from the time the crystal came i could feel it helping me more than my sister, i would unconsciously be drawn towards it wherever it was and my sister told me she couldn't feel the connection she did in the beginning and she thought it's not working for her so she gave it to me and after cleansing and recharging it I can't help but want to always hold it near me, also I ordered few more crystals for me. After working with crystals for a long time, I've found that going into a shop that sells rocks/crystals puts me into a distinct, energetic space...A kind of high! It can be disconcerting so I try to balance myself with a grounding rock or crystal!

I’ve discovered that with a still mind, I can feel the energy of ANY object, you name it. From a roll of recycling bags to a block of polystyrene to a toilet roll…
All matter is energy.
Sometimes when I’m sensing the energy of a crystal or mineral, I feel it strongly quite quickly and it’s obviously the crystal/mineral energy. But other times, when I’m sensing into it, I can feel energy, but I’m not sure if it’s the energy that’s in EVERYTHING. I guess in these instances, it needs charging up.

It's weird 70% of the time it's always there, But praying increases it, as does going barefoot on the Grass
I pick one up and a tone will sound in my left ear, it will either raise or lower in pitch, sometimes that loud I've had to put it down for awhile, Tormaline & Mica and Aragonite did that at first, now it's easily bearable but lets me know to use it, as others may not buzz or vibrate lower that day but louder a few Days later, leading me to use them.

I feel the need to write and say the experience I had today right before coming across your video/channel. So today I picked up my selenite sticks, one in each hand and the connection I felt was absolutely incredible. My thumb was pulsating and I could literally feel the energy flowing inside the crystal up and down and bouncing back to my thumb where it was throbbing then sending tingling sensation throughout my hands, arms and into the rest of my entire body it was absolutely amazing. I never had this strong of an intimate connection/feeling with them and I've had them for some time now I knew they were special but I guess to blocked or preoccupied that I didn't recognize them like I should have. I'm very excited and really enjoy your wisdom and advice I need to stay consistent and I appreciate hearing your words to help influence that behavior. Blessings to you and all 💞💞💞

I feel different tingles and vibrations with almost all gemstones. I just bought some Malachite that seems to be producing magnetism? It is a non magnetic, non-metallic stone. I've had 10 other people say they can feel it. I put it on my big clear quartz cluster, and it stuck to a pillar and didn't fall. Amazing.
It enhances your capacity to feel energy from anything and anyone from my experience
I am working with carnelian and labradorite right now and really my babies are just amazing...Labradorite makes my imagination and intuition (is that right) very vivid as in I could feel that I am getting conscious with everything around me...With my carnelian It feels like its my moving stone...Like it fires the desire within me...One night I was meditating with my carnelian and for no reason at all my tears started dropping like rain..That was so strong for me ❤❤❤. I don't know why, but whenever I purify my crystals with strong intentions, I can literally feel my blood pressure on my left wrist (crystal holding hand), and it doesn't stop until I put my crystal away. Sometimes I can feel it through my whole left arm and my wrist starts slightly hurting bc of how strong the sensations and vibrations are. Writing this with my left wrist in pain rn, I just purified my rose quartz💝

So I am new to the whole Crystal thing, but I do have a small palm size amethyst crystal. As I watched your video, I held it in my left hand. At first in the center of my palm upright like you did. But I wasn’t feeling anything. But then I held it with my three fingers. Thumb, pointer, and middle finger. I instantly felt an electric buzzing feeling in my thumb. And then a little bit later on it almost felt like my fingers were stuck on it. Like a magnet. I am amazed that this is real. I’m definitely a believer now. And now every time I hold it in those same three fingers it’s like a constant electricity type going up my arm. 😮

The night of the blue moon, I put my crystals outside for the moon to energize it, when I picked up the crystal one by one I felt a strong tingle from my crystal, When I put the crystal down my hand was still feeling the energy it is amazing.

I bought some crystals from an online shop. They also gave me some tiny crystals as a gift. At first I was disappointed cuz they looked so fake. But when I put them on my left hand...I felt tingling sensation and warmth in my palm while the skin touching the crystals felt cold. I was so surprised. i meditated with an amethyst on my forehead for about ten minutes after a self reiki session and saw a glimpse of my sprit guide for the first time . "crystal clear" image of a woman's eyes and eyebrows , it was amazing. and recently while looking around in a crystal shop i actually felt some loving energy coming from the crystals on the back shelf . i knew the emotion wasn't coming from me because it was "intrusive" like have you ever had a voice in your head say something and it may be in your own voice but you didnt think that thought..it just appeared? and that "inserted" thought turned out to be relevant later on like perhaps it was a warning about a person or something and u dismissed it? thats how it felt ..an intrusive loving feeling i couldnt pinpoint which stone or stones but i ended up going home w a beautiful dark purple lepidolite obelisk with lots of shiny quartz flecks . looks like the stars in a nights sky :)

This video was so incredibly helpful! It made me realize that the tingling sensation I feel when I hold citrine, carnelian, and clear quartz is not just a random meaningless sensation! I'd say crown chakra crystals are good because of their higher vibrational qualities, but equally as effective is holding and working with a crystal that you feel naturally drawn to in a powerful way. We all have our own energies, so certain chakra crystals will stimulate certain people more than others. :) Blessings! Thanks again for this video!

I recently meditated with rose quartz but this time when I had it in my hand it got really hot almost like a burning sensation. When I put it over my heart chakra that area felt the same way too. I was really taken aback like wow

Just starting my crystal journey and I went to a store today hoping to find a clear quartz sphere because i think spheres just look so good, but even after holding a few I ended up with a clear quartz tower after pointing it towards me and feeling warmth in my chest. I knew I had to take that one :)

One of the easiest ways to feel crystal or gemstone energy is to clap your hands a few times and rub them together in order to stimulate the nerves and chakras within the hands.
After doing this a few times, the hands or non-dominant hand should be sensitive enough to feel the subtle energies within that crystal or gemstone . This is also due to stimulating Chi within the hands, a chi ball of energy can also be created in this way

Bought several today… my heart/chest is feeling super open and tingly bought clear quartz selenite opal moonstone black tourmaline howlite citrine and flower agate. Not sure which is causing it but so weird feel super uplifted

So see if I am accurate- I was in Hobbi Lobbi the other day just looking at the tumbles. I picked up Obsidian- felt a slight sense of grounding and light clarity of thought, picked up the Lapis, about the same, picked up the clear quartz tumbles and was VERY surprised and the sharp clarity of energy that felt like a refraction of my own thoughts. It’s not that I specifically felt a physical tingling, it’s that the bodily and intuitive impression of clarity was pervasively present and at least- I would say triple, maybe 5 times greater than any other stone. Even the amethyst was not as high as the clear quartz. Seem accurate to you?

They were even a bit orgasmic in nature lol. It felt nice to finally have such a tangible experience but definitely also a bit overwhelming at the same time. When I hopped on to google some stuff I only then found out that it's my - I'm a taurus - birth stone
I have had a strong feeling like that too, a blissful experience ;) It is really cool when this happens I think because its the biggest confirmation we can get from our crystals, we resonate so deeply with them and then know its possible from then on! I am a taurus moon so I def get that! :D

Carnelian is a big lower chakra activator, its energy is very potent. I would say it def normal to feel something hot when working with this stone!

I feel like whenever I pick a crystal it’s just a random rock and regardless of the amount of meditations I try I just can’t connect or feel anything from them - especially the bigger ones.
It can definitely be a long process trying to dive into crystal energy. Sometimes there are factors with our own energy that we have to sort through before we can break through and notice the crystal's energy. Keep believing in yourself and have an open mind, maybe it will happen with a super small shift and you will be like "OH wow this is it! I feel a difference!" Sometime we overthink the process when we just have to kinda let the crystal do its thing :)

I’ve tried everything with crystals. But nothing work. I only feel the pulsing sensation when I hold a crystal. But I think that’s my hand pulse. Because I touch everything else and it feels the same way. I can touch a doll or even a flower and I feel the same way. So I don’t think it’s the Crystal. I really want to feel it. I want to confirm the Crystal energy its real.

I have a doubt, I'm very new to crystals, I never planned on getting one, but i do believe in them, so my sister got her very first one green aventurine but from the day she got that i don't know what was happening i was drawn towards it always, it was itching me to hold it although I never touched it and also from the time the crystal came i could feel it helping me more than my sister, i would unconsciously be drawn towards it wherever it was and my sister told me she couldn't feel the connection she did in the beginning and she thought it's not working for her so she gave it to me and after cleansing and recharging it I can't help but want to always hold it near me, also I ordered few more crystals for me. Could you please help me understand why it was like this when it wasn't even my crystal to begin with and what exactly is happening?

I would take all your stones outside and charge them in the sun for 30 minutes and then cleanse them all, see if that revamps the energy in them :)
