Yesterday, Gaiman confirmed that he has been hired to write Season 3. It doesn't guarantee renewal but it is PROGRESS! Spread the good word. 🎶Everyday, It's a getting closer.🎶
1:29 god Crowley’s smile there is so genuine and beautiful, all from watching two people fall in love :’) he deserves to smile like that again, pay your writers and give us a third season please!
3:56 Can we talk about the fact that even though Crowley and Shax aren’t on the best terms (I mean obviously it’s a serious situation going on) and Crowley is still mad that he can’t live in his flat because Shax is there, it‘s interesting to see that he is willing to just answer her random question as if nothing ever happened. I wonder if it has something to do with Crowley remembering how awful it is not to get questions answered (pre-fall situation here) so he is willing to answer any normal questions or if it’s just because deep down he is actually a nice person…maybe both.
I love this video! Shows Crowley in such a different light than previous episodes. It's so cute how proud he is when he sees his idea working--before they get drenched. Your rain was a little too hard, Crowley!
I love that Crowley is always so offended when anyone suggests he has any ownership over the bookshop, but he'll still protect it like it's his own. Like David Tennant said, it's clearly his favorite place, even if he'd never admit it. And of course, what's important to Aziraphale tends to be important to Crowley, by extension.
*That’s* when I saw Crowley’s selfless love for Azi - when he saved the books from the bombed church - not because C valued books, but because A does! ❤ And *that* matters to Crowley!
I think all the angels that rebelled and fought a war against God had romantic souls. I think for that level of high theatre it's somewhat of a requirement.
I don’t know why but Crowley being the only demon can enter the bookshop is something really deep tho it’s really on the surface. I believe Aziraphale inviting Crowley should have been such an intimate moment we could just think of (not for Azi, of course, he wouldn’t feel that, it’s obvious for him). And now, when the bookshop is literally a Crowley’s too, it is like a fortress and Crowley will protect it for them two for all costs. I’m sure he is proud the door of it is always opened for him and only for him.
I hadn’t thought of that! Azi lets Crowley into the bookshop, but C can also come and go on his own. No other demon can, since the bookshop is an “embassy” of heaven. Hmm. Was that where they were standing when Azi says to C, “Get thou behind me, foul fiend! … After you!”😅 Was that C’s first entry into the bookshop? Or was that a restaurant?? I agree; I don’t recall his permission being made much of onscreen.
@@MtMomDesigns It's not permission rather it's more towards ownership. Aziraphale said that the bookshop is "ours" like the car is "ours" which grants Crowley permanent dominion over the bookshop.
I can’t be the only one who realized that Crowley is convinced people fall in love huddling together in the rain because that’s how it worked for him. Amazon: I’ve been a prime member for years. If you don’t pull your heads out of your collective asses and pay your writers, actors and warehouse staff, I have no qualms about deleting my account and never using any of your services again. Fix. Your. Shit.
Same, I love how confident he is! Little smug smile. He *knows* their miracle worked perfectly. When the angels showed up earlier, Aziraphale was SO nervous, he squinted his eyes shut when he thought it was about to be given away by Gabriel.
Season 3 please! We need a Crowley smile like that AT Aziraphale. Pay your writers, actors, rest of the crew- they make you your money by making amazing art like this! If this show gets cancelled I'll be stopping use of all Amazon-related programs & products. In the meantime I've been buying MORE to signal love of Good Omens, and so you can pay your employees, not your greedy execs and shareholders.
As impossible as it would be to pick a singular favorite GO moment, the rainy rain smile might be it because it lifts my heart and breaks it at the same time ~every time~, the use of dramatic irony is SO good. WHY couldn't Azi have been there to see that his influence has already brought back Angel Crowley's joy in love and creation, and that Heaven is unnecessary in this equation!?!? 😭😭😭 *screams in frustration* SeAsOn ThReE PLEEEEEASE we're dying here!
Remember when Noe arch was loading animals, Azi told Crowley that Rainbow will be create as a promess to never flood ever again humanity....maybe something in that range.
1) oh the way maggie says 'you have no idea' oh how soft 2) jim: did they vavoom? lol 3) the way crowley is so scared of any harm coming to his angle ohhh dear
Now give Aziraphale the chance to protect Crowley by giving them and us a third season already. Just pay your actors now (after the writers finally got their well-deserved contract) and let them do their beautifu work!

So, does Crowley have a standing invitation into the bookshop? And that's why he's the only demon who can walk in and out without a specific invitation? I hadn't realized that the first time I watched this season.
