Ford Edge/Lincoln MKX Front & Rear Brakes Replacement How-To

Step by step video on how to replace the front and rear brake pads plus rotors on the Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX. This was done on a 2014 Edge but will cover various years of the Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX. Brake pads and rotors were purchased from Amazon and I have provided links below. I've done a few disc brake jobs, but this screwing the e brake is something new to me, I bought the kit, and have been looking for videos to explain how to use it. You have the best detail about it. Thank you, I feel confident in tackling this today.

I've always used a giant f clamp to push the piston back in on trucks and cars.

If I heard correctly, you said that you was gonna torque the caliper to 19 ft pounds? I just want to verify..

Yes 19 for the rear caliper slide pin bolts.
