I do regulary during the day Autogenic training (a type of self-hypnosis developed by Dr. Schultz) or havening. It is very relaxing and I highly recommend it. Just for five or ten minutes. ❤

yep its important how you spend your break. do something boring to make the work feel more interesting. some people look at a wall or parking lot
