A quick way to ripen avos is to store them in a brown paper bag with bananas. The hormone from the banana called ethylene, speeds up the ripening process :)
Quick tip: wrap your avocado with newspaper for few days and leave it but keep on checking on it. Wrapping it will makes it ripe faster. Maybe you can try it the next time you want your avocado to ripe abit faster 😊
I usually add nutmeg to things like drinks, porridge and pastry.I was pretty surprise to see you adding nutmeg to the ground pork/beef. I wonder how that taste with a season like that.
