I didn't have a vent for the longest time so I was getting oil splattered everywhere too! You can get something called a splatter screen that's basically a flat metal mesh that prevents oil from coming out (but lets steam vapor out). OXO has one with ridges to not slide on different pots and it's honestly even useful when making pasta sauce and you dont want tomato drops everywhere.
Another tip regarding searing when you dont want it to curl up: cut some lines on the edge! This is super useful for thinner cuts of protein when you dont want them to curl up

1. cube the salmon and fry it
3. peanutbutter, hoisin and chili oil?
2. you don't have to remove the scales to eat salmon skin?? I don't have to cover my floor, walls, and ceiling with fish scales???

hey! I dont know if im right or not but I think that I noticed you keep your perfumes in your bathroom. Jut a little tip, keep them somewhere where there is no moisture! Moisture makes them go bad faster and it makes them lose their scent.
