Best ever watched video on DNA sequencing.. so simple to understand and beautifully presented.
The best video from thousands .
Now i understand it
Very well explained! I've at last understood how Sanger sequencing works. Thanks!
Best vedio on automating DNA sequencing I have seen till now. Understood everything perfectly unlike in so many other.
I realize it is kind of randomly asking but do anybody know a good site to watch newly released series online?
@Ishaan Curtis i would suggest Flixzone. Just search on google for it :)
Even though a PPT is used, the presentation is superb especially the animations, transitions and of course the background music(inspiring). The whole content as well as concept of this type of DNA sequencing was understandable.
This channel is so underrated, it should have more subscribers. You got mine!!! 👍 Keep it up!!
it is an amazing work! Simple clear explanation and the smooth flow of animation - really enjoyable to watch!
These video you make using ppt are amazing! So clear and enjoyable... This is a really good work!!

thank you very much super clean!
Thank you so much for this informative video
A clear concept👍👍
You Really Made My Day !
So clear! Thank u very much😊
hi, very nice animations ....Keep it up bro...its just Great
Brilliant animation!!!
Very understnadable. Thank you
very well explained . tnx
Great!
You are the best🙏🙏🙏
Great video!
Very helpful but do you need to put a new primer in each cycle? in the same tube with the same template strand?
Very cool video thank you !
Thanks for the information ☺️
Amazing
Now today I really understand what is actual electrophoresis technique and seperation really thank you 😊
Question: how do you know the sequence is in the right order. If ddna randomly binds to complementary bases?
Amazing!
very good explaination
Best video help me alot
brilliant thank you so much
Sweet and short🙏
thank you so much!!
very good
Thank you!
Thank you very much 👍👍👍
THat a good video
Merci bien ^^
very helpful thx;)
Thank you thank you thank you
muy bueno sigue asi
así es
Thank you ❤️
thanks alot
Thanks
What is the name of the tube where the primer is placed?

what happens with the second dna strand in 5'-3' direction? it shouldn't be elongated otherwise there would be overlaps in the signal right? But why it is not elongated too?
The single stranded target DNA is a template for the 5'-3' strand in your question. The fragments are identical to the 5'-3' strand, due to complimentary base pairing. So, the 5'-3' strand is not required. Also, the DNA pol I only works in the 5'-3' direction, so a 3'-5' strand would not be formed and would not overlap the signal
