The TH-cam videos themselves? I'm afraid not. Pixelmator Pro does support video editing but it doesn't have such features as a timeline or animation.

Can you open photoshop smart layers ?

Sorry for taking some time to get back to you. Currently, Pixelmator Pro doesn't support Smart Object layers. However, when you open PSD documents containing Smart Object layers in Pixelmator Pro, they will be accurately represented to preserve the integrity of your design. You should have mentioned that adjustment layers can be clipped to a layer.
