Why are you not building recurring revenue by asking client pay monthly for maintenance etc. you can easily charge 200 dollars upward then you dont have to chase the new clients everytime nor need to monitize audience to get recurring revenue

Who said that it's a course? To answer shortly, it is not a course. I never bought a course in my life, so not sure about courses. I believe they can be valuable, but... not sure, I didn't want to make one. So it's not a course.

Even if it would be a course... 😂, do you think it's bad? I mean, I know, I know, I am shitting on "fake influencers" myself and starting a course (bro I don't start a course, but lets pretend that I do). It's weird.
Lets do the math.
I make $20k with my agency right now. It's not a retainer, these were one time payments. And I am planning to do $30k this month. I am not sure how far i will be able to scale with cold outreach, and i am already starting to hiring new devs to help me with complex projects. So... Lets say that I will scale that to $50k.
Fk me, great money right? I mean... HUGE MONEY. But it require a lot of work. Managing team, handling sales calls, projects. Hire setters, closers? Even bigger team? Not sure. Anyways...
And lets say I have an audience. I am launching a course helping them to come closer to me (I AM NOT LAUNCHING A FKING COURSE BRO 🤣... BUT OK),
And having an audience of 10k subs, I would say I can make $15-20k a month. Again, I have no idea, just my guesses, it really depends on your audience.
So...? Do you think it doesn't make sense? From financial standpoint to monetize my audience and make 50% of what I would make with my agency with 10x less work?

Obviously it comes to the value right that the course (not selling the course btw, fk) provides right?
Or any digital product that I would launch, right?
Well, we can argue for 10 hours if it will provide value or not, but that is why I was super honest with you guys. I am not saying that I am a millionaire and sharing my journey. I was always saying that I am going to monetize yo (my audience)u eventually, why would I not?
AND THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART...
Since you know me (kinda, from videos, maybe from my Instagram, newsletter) - you should know that I am honest, always trying to help.
And it MUST BE OBVIOUS that I WILL NOT launch some random thing just to make money from it. Right? Or it's not obvious? Or you think after I was honest all these months and being transparent I will start just scamming my people 🤣?

I remember your username (if I am not mistaken), I was answering your questions. As you can see I am always trying to respond. But getting bigger, so it's harder for me to manage it right?
So and lets say you want to build an agency. So would you pay some $ to ask me questions directly (THIS IS NOT MY PRODUCT, JUST EXAMPLE) and get some help?
Because I can't manage all responses and do it for free.

@@eugenekadzin At the start of your journey you had lots of incentive to be maximally real cause you had nothing to lose and also not too much to win. With a bigger audience the game to bullshit and monetise gets more juicy. One thing to consider is that your raving fans (myself included) are people who like you for being so real. But i still think the right strategy for you to make bank is to monetise us asap. There is a tradeoff with it being bad for your reputation but for most creator esp in the business space the benefits outweigh the cost by far. So go on and monetise. We'll maybe hate you a bit for it but it's totally a rational choice. We'd all also do it as well if we could

I do charge clients $300-600 recurring.
But it really depends on the situation, businesses will not pay you $500 “just for being there”
