In Instantly, when you click on the email, you need to send "Reply to" to your main email. So I would suggest you to buy A SEPARATE DOMAIN and create 1 email for it - turn on warm up for it. But NEVER EVER send cold emails from it. Just use it as your primary inbox and send all "Reply To" for all emails to this address.

A note: In your video, you use clay to make a summary of the website and then you use instantly to pull out the actual service from the claygent output. But, in instantly you mentioned you need a higher level plan for this feature. I had a thought, you could probably take the clay csv file, upload it to gpt and prompt gpt to pull out the 'service', add it to a new column and to give you a new csv file. Then you take this file and upload to instantly. This way you can get this without needing higher tier plan on instantly. Probably not valuable to you but maybe one of your viewers will like it

So basically this is the hard part - to identify when email is "done". I just look at reply rate, since I don't monitor open rates (also disable it), since it trigger spam filters. Yes, with open rates is easy - less opens - more likely you go to spam, but by tracking it you will also go to spam. Thus if you know your avg reply rate - it gets lower (like significantly) - you stop. NO BRO, YOU MUST WAIT, just wait. Don't send cold emails from your main one. I don't think that you will get any results from it + even sending 10 for a week might fk up your deliverability. ahahahahah, man. I didn't think about this - uploading the file to ChatGPT. What a good note. But for me it's probably not the case since each list is 10k emails. But... Not sure, really need to try it out.

I would have for sure left that on and used it as a leading metric to see which email might be performing better. Good to know to keep it off! Makes sense re: if the reply rate drops significantly compared to avg, then that's a strong sign the email is blown. And noted, I will wait! I'll set up some new domains, let them warm up and then go! Re: gpt, I used to upload csv reports from google ads and I would prompt gpt to go thru and analyse it, and suggest me a list of negative keywords to insert into my google ads campaigns. It turned an important task that drained your brain and time into somethign that is effortless and took 5 minutes. Worked very well. based on that I am confident gpt would be able to summarise the claygent output to exactly what you want and insert it into a new column (but again, need to test it). To confirm, the 20-25 emails per day was per email, not per domain? eg. 1 domain, 3 users @ 20-25 per day each = 60-75 emails per day going out for that domain? TYVM for this man! Super helpful! Yes, I agree. Building chatbots we tend to over complicate things when in reality it is much easier to stick with old school methods. I record this tutorials to show that is possible so you can build similar Make/Airtable automations with simple website forms.

Yes, in theory, there are A LOT of platforms where you can build chatbots. Basically the only thing is to book a table and put the details to Airtable - then there is an automation. But Voiceflow is the best if you want flexibility.

It depends on what is your current stage. If you don’t know shit, you have no idea how online world functions and how to make money - sure, their courses will give you an understanding and will help you to navigate a bit. The problem is that there are no practical knowledge. I mean, of course they give you some steps, but in reality it’s either outdated or very generic advice.

There is A LOT of talk right now about private servers, I know. A lot of providers. Will be honest, didn't try them and probably won't IT IS FOR SURE NOT because of ease of use. B) literally watch 20 first videos when you type AI callers and half of of them (maybe third) will be about cold calls. C) for the setters, again, to call people that just came from your ad using AI… doesn’t have too much use cases. We built 1 solution for a client where AI was calling form submits on website, an insurance company, in order to get a few details. But it is very specific use case. D) Well, your fk gurus are not arrogant for sure when they say how easy it is to sell it😂
