Gorgeous album. Simply fantastic: the lyrics, the melody, the singing.
It recalls me to my teenage years in late 80's when we were listening to Stormwitch, Running Wild, Accept, Metal Church on tape decks or portable tape players in the school.
My all time favorite is "Trail of stars" That song is rocks!
Nowadays released albums which you can listen in one go from the beginning to its end without finding average songs on them, are fairy rare. This Witchbound CD is the RARE EXCEPTION!
I warmly recommend to any former Stormwitch fans from "Stronger than Heaven" era or Running Wild fanatics from "Branded and Exclied" era. Stefan Kaufmann's (Accept) solos make me shiver across the whole album.
What a great work! Long live heavy metal! Thanks for you guys and it is absolutely graceful to Lee Tartot's legacy!
