game was scary. I remember always playing it few minutes then I would turn it off. And the freaking thing that chases you around when running out of time!

I used to play this on a NES knockoff with a bunch of games in one cartridge, I really liked his gigantic kicks, but holy shit I couldn't even beat the first stage, and it kinda became a trauma that I would always skip afterwards.
It's been over 20 years and I still have no idea what the hell are stages (pages) 3 and 4.
I am arabian and I remember when I was 10, I finished the game after numerous tries, especially with stage 3 and 4. The game was creepy as hell 😂

*Whenever that crow came directly towards me, I died! Also if you don't get those cases in time, a genie appears and makes your gameplay hell!*
The genie doesn't appear when you don't get the letters in order, but when you spend a long while without picking any letters.
Finishing the level by getting the letters in a different order (i.e "lamina" instead of "animal") won't give you the bonus at the end of the level, but that's it

Also I never knew you could do aerial rave with the kick. I hate this game when I was a kid because of a seemingly impossible jump. Had I knew about this I could've beaten it easily.
I had this on a plug and play system. For the second level, I would put down "Hores" instead of "Horse" just for fun.

How did you manage to pick up the letters correctly despite being hidden in later levels and without that temporary power-up ? Oh wow, I didn't know that I could kill the genie, it made the game much more challenging though I knew I could kick in the air.

I have always wondered why he didn't use the sword to fight the enemies but rather the Arabian kick, maybe it's due to graphical issues and it wouldn't fit in the 80s game, correct me if I were wrong.

Excellent Game. I played it several times, but that third level was the most complex of all. In the version I had, when the pink genie came out, the music of the game changed, to a more gloomy one.

Not really, it was inspired by 1001 nights and Prince of Persia. As an Arab, I liked the game despite being challenging.
