Book 4 is maybe not so action packed as Book 3. But in this Book Korra got her best development in terms of growth. So that's also a very good part of it. Can't wait for more!
Avatar The Legend Of Korra was originally going to be just 1 Season, but the creators were essentially told by The Network to make 3 more that would air over 2 years. While the series ended on a good note, it's sad to know how The Network's interference hurt the show's quality & ratings to the point Season 4 didn't on tv but rather just online.
Kuvira is finally stepping into the spotlight! Lol what Su *really* meant last season when she told Kuvria to stay with the others was "No Kuvira, next season!". S3 rewatches are basically "Where's Kuvira??" lol Kuvira's fight against the bandits was dope! "Whatever happened to her anyways?" "I wouldn't know..." And just like that, you know exactly what kind of Korra we're getting at the start of this season! Remember how loud and proud she used to be whenever it came to her Avatar title? Feels like she's pulling an Aang now by not wanting anything to do with being the Avatar. Fun fact: Asami was the one to design and make the new airsuits. Mike and Bryan weren't able to add that detail in but they confirmed it at a comic con. Kai's VA is also the same VA, he just went through puberty at the time lol. Good thing there was a time skip! I also believe they had to re-record some of his lines because of this.
This show is great for rewatches. Like season 3, when you know Kuvira is important in season 4. When Korra first enters Zaofu, Kuvira was one of the dancers with Su. She was named, I think, when Zaheer's crew tried to kidnap Korra. Kuvira also saved Tonraq when he was blown off the mountain. When you see it the first time you might go 'huh, they mention that random character a bunch. whatever.' And then... oooh.
Kuvira's fighting style is reminiscent of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kun Do style, if you watch her movements. Throughout the season, during any of her fights, keep an eye out for the style. Another element, is how Kuvira is representing the 'future' of the Earth Kingdom, in a similar nod to Bruce's desire to pull Chinese culture and martial arts into the 'new century'. Also, I've been a strong proponent that Metal Bending style has elements of Water Bending movements, and fluidity. So, keep an eye out for that w/ not just Kuvira, but all the Metal Benders. Keep DO-ing THE THING fam!!!
Kuvira is one of my favorite characters. People underestimate how strong benders are in this era compared to Aang's era. But in S1, Lightning Bending was a workforce for Republic City. Kuvira's metalbending dismantles a whole bandit tribe of Earthbenders like it's a cakewalk. As a side note, the Earth Kingdom has basically regressed to what Kyoshi's era was like. We learn in the Tabletop RPG that Avatar Studios and Nickelodeon Green Lit, that Kyoshi grew up as part of a bandit society in an un unified Earth Kingdom, and she worked to unify it for Peace.
kuvira's fighting style is so satisfying to watch, i can't help but simp.. my girl korra going through it 😭i love how this season showcases korra's ptsd and mental health, it's such an important topic. Korra is such a great character and seeing her being so human and relatable makes me love her even more little fun fact: the airbender wingsuit outfit was designed by Asami!
Given that I stumbled upon your channel quite recently I still have some catching up to do in your Korra reactions but couldn't help myself Had to watch this one out of order You know they're doing something right when they can keep you interested basically the entire episode without the main character showing up on screen Loved Dee's reaction to all the new visuals. She was so enthusiastic
The Presentation of your guys set is getting better and better I love it. I have an idea suggestion how about sitting on a couch while watching and reacting to movies and series.
❤ *Please "cosplay" Korra and Asami (whoever you like to "cosplay" between them, or even any of the other characters you like) for your Legend of Korra final reaction or series finale reaction !* ❤ Sending love to both of you all the way from southwestern Philippines ! 🇵🇭
KUVIRA! Get ready for the GREAT UNITER! Dee: Why she smiling all evil? Me: *cough* Prince Wu is a whole character..... get ready for that 🙈🙈 Korra at the end 😭Ma girl! It's really hit her hard...
Someone has already mentioned this but the fact that the voice actor of Kuvira is Zelda Williams, daughter of Robin Williams, is so awesome. 🥹❤️ She does an incredible job.
Hey Avatar Meesh and Avatar Dee "Happy Saturday". I agree Amon and Zaheer was great villains. Unalaq was was bad and a very boring villain. Everyone grew up. I feel bad for Earth King residents as their homes are raided by bandits. Kuvira is the lady that helped Korra dad when he got injured when he tried to save her from Zaheer. Meelo reminds me of Aang with hair when he was a kid. I will say Kuvira fight scene with the bandits was badass. Prince Wu is hilarious. I like that this episode gave Kai and Opals lots of shine and focus. But anyway I hope you have a wonderful day you two. Stay safe, take care and stay amazing.
in regards to Dee being compared to Kuvira, I would guess that it's because they both have strong hearts that can lean towards the extremes on a dangerous level. also you're all beautiful... 😔
Okay so basically Korra/Bolin are 21 yo now and Mako/Asami are 22 yo, Jinora is either 14 or 15 idr which haha sorry Agreed, Kai's haircut is really a cute haircut for kids!! I wish you both all the best in that
Feel this season is underrated, mostly because season 3 was so fracking good. I personally really enjoyed the world building and political topics in this season. Best finale ever! 😁🫶✌️
Pretty sad comment but just got disowned by my family for being gay last night & watching you guys made me feel better enough to eat something ❤ keep being you
*Confused in lesbian* I still don't know how to express what I think when I see Asami's new hair style. I was able to accept Korra's new look (even though long hair, hair down, Korra IMO looked S tier), I still can't accept Asami's. ;-; She looks like a business woman-you know when they say a president looks like they've aged significantly in just their first term, that's how I feel looking at Asami. Am I the only one who gets those vibes, am I crazy, I'd like to hear other's opinion on the matter. =^._.^=
It's the same voice actor playing Kai, he just got older whilst filming
I came to say the same thing. Apparently his voice broke which is convenient
"Strong voice" i love Zelda Williams job voicing Kuvira! In fact she's Robin Williams daughter!)
She is also the namesake of the Legend of Zelda.
Korra's PTSD is so hard to watch 😭
One of the strongest storyline that was probably only possible due to the show going Full Online mode vs televised release.
Fun fact: Asami was the one who designed the new glider suits for the airbenders!
Let's Go! I think this season cemented my love for Korra and her journey. She's definitely a legend.
Book 4 is maybe not so action packed as Book 3. But in this Book Korra got her best development in terms of growth. So that's also a very good part of it. Can't wait for more!
Next episode is a hard one to watch, but it’s one of the best IMO. How they dive into her pain and trauma, and also that ending, next level!

they know this

"Now you dont had anything left" bro, thats pure evil.

We first see Kuvira during the Suyin’s dance rehearsal in S3! little did we know 💀, amazing writing
Kuvira is a "stern mommy".
kuvira's fighting style is so satisfying to watch, i can't help but simp..

Whooo! The beginning of the end.
Ah shiet here we go. The metal mommy season.
Season 4 wasn’t even aired on TV, an actually CRIME 😭💀
I loved this show so much that I made a video of it with the style of NEON GENESYS EVANGELION
They had budget cuts this season, so each main character gets a simplified haircut.
This is not why lol
With that voice, Zelda Williams could literally say anything to me
We needed this Kuvira in s3
This Kuvira wouldn’t have happened without season 3 🤔
The Presentation of your guys set is getting better and better I love it. I have an idea suggestion how about sitting on a couch while watching and reacting to movies and series.
Prince Wu, give him time, you are gonna love that little boy.
Love is a strong term. Wouldn't go as far
This the best season of Korra. Can’t wait!
❤ *Please "cosplay" Korra and Asami (whoever you like to "cosplay" between them, or even any of the other characters you like) for your Legend of Korra final reaction or series finale reaction !* ❤
Sending love to both of you all the way from southwestern Philippines ! 🇵🇭
Kuvira with that BDE Big Dictator Energy.
This reaction video felt too short 😂😂❤❤
KUVIRA! Get ready for the GREAT UNITER!
Dee: Why she smiling all evil?
Me: *cough*
Prince Wu is a whole character..... get ready for that 🙈🙈
Korra at the end 😭Ma girl! It's really hit her hard...
Funny you said Korra's fighting in the Undercity, bc there's been certain "leaks" that Vi goes through a pit fighting phase Arcane in season 2😭
This is definitely my favourite season, although s3 is the most entertaining imo s4 is so well written I love it
Someone has already mentioned this but the fact that the voice actor of Kuvira is Zelda Williams, daughter of Robin Williams, is so awesome. 🥹❤️ She does an incredible job.
Korra joining fight club is crazyy😂
Yea wow Oh my He's growing up soo cuteeee💗☺🥺
Kuvira giving that Treize Khushrenada energy...
Kuvira is mother honestly..
Kuvira might have hired the guy to steal the food
Kuvira is a lesbian's dream girl. I already know you guys will love her.😂
Meesh & Dee Awesome Video Today!!🔥🐐🐐💎

Avatar’s version of UFC. LOVE IT!

Agreed, Kai's haircut is really a cute haircut for kids!! I wish you both all the best in that
"You can call me Kuvira."
Why are we lingering on her, Bryke? Is she going to be a big deal?
I’m so excited for this season because of a certain ship 🤭
Tenzin and president Raiko
Feel this season is underrated, mostly because season 3 was so fracking good. I personally really enjoyed the world building and political topics in this season. Best finale ever! 😁🫶✌️
Last season 😭😭😭
Why is this reaction on TH-cam before your reaction to 3x13?
Pretty sad comment but just got disowned by my family for being gay last night & watching you guys made me feel better enough to eat something ❤ keep being you

Zaher is great, but I will always love Kuvira more.
React to Cowboy Bebop.
The anime not the Netflix show.
Please react to League of legends KDA music videos ❤️
DON’T WATCH THE NEXT EPISODE WITH SUBTITLES‼️
please don’t watch the last 3 minutes of the next episode with subtitles because they are a spoiler hazard
please keep subs off for the next episode
Kuvira is the most lamest and boring final villain a series could ever have.
Holy crap what a downgrade
Nah, she wasn't
