- A narcissistic wife will chip away all of your confidence and self worth over time. Understand that leaving these toxic women feels impossible because their process of psychological abuse is slow cooking and strategic. Over time you become a shell of yourself convinces that you are dependent on her and you don't even know how or where you would begin rebuilding yourself if you left her.
In this video, I go over the 7 most common tactic of psychological abuse, the put downs that your narcissistic wife will use on you to make you feel worthless and inadequate.-from constant criticism to public humiliation.
These toxic behaviors are not just hurtful; they’re strategic and they give her control and dominance over you. This is psychological abuse and the only solution is to break this trauma bond and get out.
Schedule your 1:1 with me if needed, the link is in my bio. You are not alone.

@@MoreFunInTheNewWorldme 3. This women is spot on with how my ex wife treated me for the last 15 years
I divorced mine and she still won't leave
All of this happened to me.
I saw a video like this 2 years ago that woke me up.
Once i saw it, I couldn't unsee it. I had to get away from her.
Good for you and don’t let anyone EVER treat you like that again!!!
You’re the best!!!
Don’t forget that!!!

@donwilliams6076 thanks.
I attract people like her. My only other serious girlfriend had the same traits. I hope now that I know what all the confusion means, I won't get get trapped again.
This woman is spot on. ✅
Helped me to get out after 15 years of dealing with this type of woman.
Me too same time frame. 3 kids 15 years.
15 years here too. It's all in the past now. There's no roads back left open. Door slammed and bolted shut. Someone else's problem. She lost custody of our son too. The hidden remorse must be immense for her. Bad choice and actions lead to bad consequences eh
Try going the opposite way .
Me too.
What the hell! My wife has been doing this for the past 10 years! OMG I want my life back!!!

How truly truly awful....was only with a narc for 5 months, but these videos and reading the comments sober me right up and make me grateful I'm out of it.
This can happen if ur too soft. "Be careful what u tolerate, u are teaching ppl how to treat u."
True 💯
Covert
What about fake outrage when trying to have a discussion about this behaviour, the eyes go black
Incredibly accurate.
Because these people are so incredibly predictable.
Yes, Very Accurate.
Yup! Spot on. It’s like there’s some playbook out there.
EVERYTHING you said was spot on. My ex did all those. She even had me thinking i needed viagra when the almost the opposite was the case! The problem was she made zero effort in the bedroom or anywhere else. In retrospect she the worst type of narcissist.
Had a smile on my face coming over for Sunday dinner to see dad and she always came out to wipe that smile off my face. She loved to turn a smile into a perplexed frown. Poor dad.
@kdevinturner8778 yes my ex would belittle me in front of my children at Sunday dinner when they were less than 10yrs old. I had to bite my lip hard not to retaliate in order to not upset them. I was regularly emasculated and literally starved of intimacy and then taunted by the words "are you sulking now?".. An utterly detestable narcissistic slut in retrospect.
Lise Leblanc, another YT Narc-content provider calls it “starfish sex”. No interest, they just lay there. I wish I didn’t know what you were talking about.
@johnconnors2386 yes "starfish sex"....she would rarely take the initiative...25 yrs it lasted because of my strong unconditional love. She would starve me of intimacy for weeks at a time and say "are you sulking now" when she pushed me away. I feel like those years were stolen. Im 55 now. My world totally shattered. I was a big family man too. She left in the summer of 21. "life" goes on.
Her *Provoke-then-blame* game finished us. A lesser man would have seriously hurt her during her rapid-fire badgering of some random fault she exaggerated for me. In the moment -- I could have "silenced her" or screamed out loud. I screamed instead. I should have simply left the house -- but for the injustice of being forced out of your own home by an insane person. No regrets at divorce.
Reactive abuse , its a horrible feeling when you eventually explode and defend yourself, then feel terrible after , blame yourself etc , stay strong and get rid , 2 years clear now and getting better every day ,
Leaving, now way. She will end up taking control of it. Push her and her BS out of it. She's cheating most likely, get his picture then his name. Change the lock pins. He has access to you through her. Not safe at all.
Are you watching my in house camera’s? Lol this explains exactly how my wife treats me. She doesn’t do all of the 7 things but at least 4 or 5 of them. Thank you for the videos!
keep in mind too that Liliyas bio states: these narcissistic women pull a "slow cooking" method on you. they don't do all of the 7 methods, but eventually will. get out before boiling point
This describes my mother and and 3 exes. I learner the hard way that if you don't heal chchildhood trauma, you will repeat them in adult relationships
That is a tough one, for sure.
🎯thanks for another great video, Liliya. Your content is extremely helpful.
You’re spot on !
The real problem is your wife did not show these traits when you were dating. They started showing up after the house and children have arrived. She knew you would not marry her with her treating you that way. Every man needs an insurance policy against narcissistic women, a well written pre nup. Their is no other solution.
Well said, totally correct.
It is so good of you to share this. Thank you.
Hey Liliya, sending you much love thank you for all your help
Wish I had this advice twenty years ago.
This truth is a gut punch
I'm thru with Narcissists everything you say is spot on especially the bedroom and sex part of it...
100% right 💯‼️It‘s so precise, respect🙏🏼
Sounds like my mother too. What a piece of work. I thank God for people like you. Not aware of Narcissism until after her death. An evil affliction. Her last statement to me night before her death was, "Why don't you have any confidence"? I answered, "I guess you tried the best you knew how". Examples of her nasty covert behavior throughout my life are too numerous to list.
Mine passed in October of 2019, and it's only in the last few months that I've been really facing it. And yes, I'm married to one, too. Both practice the, "undermine your confidence/ question your competence to gain control" bs. I've been been reading and viewing a lot about the impact of childhood emotional neglect. I know exactly when it started. I was 4-5, and I didn't like how she parted my hair, and I took the comb an̈d combed it the way I wanted it. She never forgave me for that, because I was challenging her "absolute right" to run my life with no consideration for my wants, needs or feelings. And she would get me back by embarassing me in front of family and friends, telling the same, lame made up or 3/4 made up stories intended to make me crawl under the table. Who does that to a child? The same person who does that when the child becomes an adult, that's who. Sorry for the rant, but thanks for your comment. I really needed to get that out, and my wife is in no way sympathetic.
@@Grimenoughtomaketherobotcry But we are still here. Appreciate your comment, too. We are not alone.
Wow! Im glad I divorced her! Wish I heard this years ago

Wow 😳. Thanks 👍😊
Leave those people straight away!
So depressing, because it's 100% true!
It is crazy to think someone totally flips the idea of marriage on its head. What nasty pieces of work!
20 year's with a welfare queen. Me, top 1% of earners. She left, and died 6 year's later... Now, I'm in a wonderful relationship....
Narcissistic women are the norm not the exception anymore. It's not just something they are born with it's taught.
Thanks very nice video!!!!
Last point you simply nailed it.
humiliating: My (ex) wife told my children (I was in the room too) that the most important part of my job was testing the food during the lunch break.
Maybe my bad, but it made me speechless.
and for everybody think they would never fall in marriage with a nnarcisist, trust me , EVERYBODY CAN FALL FOR IT.
All seven are spot on to my experience.
On point
Mine has inspired me to go 100% sober and she hates I don’t even drink coffee in front of her.
True words. Thank you lady 👍🏻
They even dont come in my range. I ignore narcis completely.
#8 Their Ancient Argument, " If you believe in us then prove it." Of course, us proving it will never be good enough.
Excellent points , you know my ex wife well
I learned this the hard way. Twice. Both were terrors.
Liliya gets it!
I should have seen a red flag when our relationship went from spontaneity to just a weekend thing. She then had most of the week to entertain other guys. Betrayal is the worst. She played russian roulette with my life. No empathy. Thank god she is gone.
Thank You.
Totally describing my wife atm . F my life, why do I attract/ attracted to women like this wtf!
@Liliya, it looks like you've lost much weight during this year. I hope you're well and is healthy!
Thank you for another good video!
I am not sure but i Can relate to nothing is good enough The compared with other’s like getting things build etc. But never in a nasty Way - this resonated a lot 🤔
It took me 14 years to catch my narcissistic wife. Of course, I didn’t know she was a narcissist back then. I didn’t even know what narcissism was. A part of me always knew that she wasn’t faithful to me. It was just that whenever I voiced my concerns or asked for some reassurance, there was hell to pay. She put me through a mental gauntlet of feigned outrage, moral indignation, gaslighting, and flipping reality on its head in order to make me the bad guy. She repeatedly set what little progress I had made in trying to have a good relationship with her, back to square one. She exploited my deepest desires-to have a good marriage and to keep our family together, by always keeping one foot out the door and threatening to leave. So, I learned to carefully pick my battles…. and worse. I learned to put the blinders on and to pretend that she wasn’t up to no good. I also learned to convince myself that I was the problem. And then one day, while she was at work, I decided to clean out the car. She had a nasty habit of treating the backseat like a dumpster. As I stuffed empty wrappers, bottles, and cups into a trash bag, I found an envelope with her name on it.
Thinking it might be important, I decided to look at its contents before I threw it away. It was a letter from some guy who was clearly in love with her. He expressed how he wanted more from her than their secret rendezvous. There was no mistaking what he meant. Even though my heart was crushed, I regained my power in the very next moment. I drove to where she worked, and I angrily approached her. Her eyes fell on the letter in my hand, and her shoulders slumped in silent defeat. She quietly said, “I can’t talk right now, but I’ll be home in an hour.” “Good!” I replied. “I’ll be waiting!” Then I turned on my heel and stormed out the door. Now that the cat was out of the bag, she admitted the entire affair-including all the places where they would meet up. As difficult as that was to hear, I stood by, ready to forgive her. I was well-practiced in starting over from square one, and I eagerly waited for the opportunity to roll up my sleeves and to get to work. But she played the wounded victim as convincingly as Amber Heard, and she asked me to wait for two days while she decided what she should do. Of course, I said yes.
Even though I had been married to her for 14 years, I still had no idea what I was dealing with. In the midst of that painful discussion, she was plotting her next move. It turned out that she needed two days to think because that’s when her boyfriend would return from his business trip. She wanted to be in a relationship with him, but when he refused to leave his wife for her, she decided to stay married to me. Of course, I didn’t know any of this at the time. I only knew that after two days, she decided to stay. Being the eternal optimist that I am, I saw this as an opportunity for a brand new start, and I convinced myself that we were finally going to have a good marriage. But she didn’t share my optimism, and it was obvious that her heart wasn’t in her decision to stay. We suffered together for another 2 weeks when she blamed me for her affair. That’s when I finally threw in the towel. We divorced on friendly terms, and we made all our own arrangements for custody and child support. We only needed a lawyer to draft and file the appropriate documents. The laws have changed since those days, and you can’t do that kind of stuff anymore. Anyway, during our many conversations to dissolve our marriage, she admitted lots of things that I didn’t know about-including the fact that she was never faithful to me. If I had understood narcissism back then, I would have handled things differently. I wouldn’t have put up with her mental abuse, and I would have left her years earlier.
Moreover, Catching a cheating spouse might be difficult, and knowing what local laws say you can and cannot do might be even more difficult. To simplify the process, consider hiring a private investigator to do the sleuthing for you I genuinely appreciate how incredible you are and your work! Thank you for a job well done Metaspyhub@gmail. com.

A perfect marriage or relationship is an illusion; there's no universal playbook for making them work. What's effective for one couple may not apply to another. Nevertheless, I've come to understand that there's always a solution to be found. Half a decade ago, my wife and I faced such trials in our marriage that divorce seemed inevitable. Yet, through perseverance and determination, we navigated through the rough waters and emerged stronger, reunited, and more resilient
There is a lot of sense in what you just said and I hope mine works the same way too, we are currently separated but I cant live without her, I love her so much. wish I can get her back I can do anything to have her back, we have tried therapy amongst other things
Its always difficult to let someone you love go, but in my case I had the help of a spiritual adviser who saved my marriage from collapsing her name is shelly renee white..
This is helpful, I will look her up online right now...Thanks.
You wont regret it
What do we do with the evil sarcasm? What do we say to shut it down for good? It's not ok. I know that now.
Try not let the backhand compliments trigger you , just always notice when it happens , clock it , once you start noticing all the different manipulation tactics then you will realise you need to leave to save yourself ,
Funny enough how in most of these videos guys you don’t touch the most essential part of the abuse. Narcissistic abuse starts with idealization. Which means they compliment you a lot and you buy it. You settle for shared fantasy instead of reality because you are not mature enough to tell for yourself whether you are good or not good enough at something something. And that’s the hook.
Narcissist regresses you into childhood, you get infantilized way more than you were, you lose perception of reality completely and become dependent on shared fantasy. The rest is the tricks, the tools narc uses to get the supply they need, manipulations, but that’s not what traps you in the loop of self-destruction.
You might think that it's your love for your narcissist is so big that you can deal with all the manipulations pointed at you but the reality is that it has nothing to do with love. It’s an addiction. They got the keys to your self-love, they trained you to love yourself through their gaze and that’s how they break you. It’s really important to understand.
Great presentation, poor audio.
How would you know the presentation is great if the audio is poor? Sounds contradicting.
Hey, I enjoy your content very much but just as a courtesy I’d let you know that your audio is kinda low and there’s a slight echo to it
