7:55 I found you because of the building, not the diet. I am 53 years old. Last summer, I went hard core carnivore. I've since moderated a little with some fruits and a few veggies. Added trt and have since gone from 215 ish to 173 this morning. My wife sent me to get new jeans a few weeks ago. Knowing I had lost some weight, I grabbed a pair of 32" waist rather than the 34" I usually picked up. Perfect fit. I examined the tag a little closer and realized that the jeans were in the wrong rack. They were actually 31". It is nice to be able to tuck in a shirt without having to pull some back out to accommodate an overhanging belly. And funny you should mention P90X. I just dusted off my set the other day. It definitely works. Hardest part is ignoring the naysayers.
I talked to the doctor about that, and he said there were in influx of sicknesses going around since covid was essentially over. No more masking and social distancing, meant everyone was exposed to all of the stuff that normally would have been spread the two years preceding.
Try raw beef dishes such as steak tartare, beef carpaccio, beef sashimi. Cooking can destroy heat sensitive nutrients such as b-vitamins. I also recommend Beef Liver. Absolutely packed with vitamins and minerals. Get used to the taste & include it in your weekly diet.
glad to hear you're feelin better & toning up! i've got some bad moto injuries that limit exercise type, so it's been difficult to stay in shape in my mid-40's. i was extremely athletic & had infinite stamina before, which def brings some depression these days. side note; finally finished the 1st reno, sold it, & bought a parcel! finishing up my small PassivHaus-ish dwelling plans while i reno this current house, then off to engi, and well/septic/plot permits.
@@Challenged1 ...thx, but unfortunately the injuries are here to stay. happened late '08 - don't have an L2 vert anymore, just fancy hardware in there! the other bits in me are only a slight annoyance, heh. you ever consider a swim-spa? super low-impact exercise. backside of one of my ICF dwelling designs has a greenhouse, & i'm considering either a swim-spa in there, or an ICF lap-pool.
@@Krazie-Ivan We contemplated an ICF pool pretty seriously, but weighed the pro's and con's, and decided we would just get the kids season passes each year to a nearby waterpark.
Congrats! I've been trying to motivate myself to start this up again and this is encouraging. Way to go on losing the weight. You can tell your mid section has shrank. Way to go!
you should check out Dante Freedom Carnviore channels on testosterone. He got off of his Rx and with just eating meat his testosterone when up dramatically and he lost over 90 pounds on carnviore. @@Challenged1
@Challenged1 yeah, but they're good sugars. I've been following Shane Sterling with Raw Vegan Rising. I'm about to start a 20 day juice fast. I have a very good feeling about this. Best wishes
I am cheering you on! I did carnivore with intermittent fasting last year and it was awesome; I never lost so much weight while only eating kbbq. As far as what's different you're more slender overall, like youve lost inches on your arms and torso. Your visceral fat (what's around your tummy) has changed drastically which tells me you have significantly less fat on your organs now which means you'll be around much longer creating awesome things and being there for your little ones. Unsolicited grain-of-salt worthy opinion: I get that you don't like fish, but you should know that you're missing out, particularly on the benefits of some really awesome omega fatty acids that help our skin and metabolism and a great source of vitamin D. I'm not a doctor or expert, but still I highly encourage you to research supplementing your omegas, it's made a HUGE difference for me and many others.
Thank you for the comment and advice!!! Over the last 4 months, I have been trying different fish and algae oil supplements. I've noticed that I my sweat ends up smelling like the fish or algae oil that I take. I'm having a hard time shaking the increased body odor associated with it.
@@Challenged1 Oh wow; that's amazing that you've stuck with it! I would talk to my doctor and weigh the pros and cons. They can give you the data showing whether the benefits you're getting outweigh the discomfort you're experiencing. Quality of life is as important as longevity, y'know? My instinct is that there's something not being processed that might be getting pushed out of your body through your skin. I hope you are able to figure out what's going on and get a worthwhile solution.
Nice relatable variety of content. First video was the drain bladder. Then carnivore. Good stuff! Keep up the good work!
Thanks for sticking around
Hell yeah , totally see a change , keep going !!
Most definitely, and thanks for the comment!!!

Great job and thanks for the comment.
I love P90X. It really kicks my butt every time.
On Carnivore I went from 42 to 34 😂 and yes it's nice to not look goofy as s*** in clothes
Could there be a correlation between eating garbage and getting sick? Most likely.

Absolutely! Germ Theory has been debunked. Terrain Theory is the winner!😎

Why was juicing unsustainable?
For me, it was the fact that I hate the taste of vegetables.
@@Challenged1 why not lean more towards fruit?

Now you're on carnivore and describing it as sustainable, shouldn't you be able to drop the testosterone shots.
I have blood tests every 3 months. Planning to adjust the dose as necessary if my natural testosterone comes back.
