    I had this same problem with my Fitbit Sense and Fitbit customer support could not fix it. There is no solution for this problem. That was my second Fitbit Sense. I ended up buying a Garmin. I am done with Fitbit.

    Hi everybody! Im very sorry about this late reply! Fitbit had replaced my Ionic on the warranty period, after two or three Support sessions and after I sent this video 😀. So open a support ticket, do a little video like that and keep going through the process for replacement! Good luck!

      i contacted fitbit had them help me with restarting my fitbit i had the same issue you had. they wanted me to send in my fitbit and possibly get another fitbit. did you have any problem sending them your fitbit. and did you recieve your new fitbit.. i don't want to get a refurbished one.
