This particular home is Elevator Ready meaning the builder has a space for the elevator . As you walk in the front door , the first large closet on the right before you enter the living room , that’s where the elevator will go . This is a spec home they have for sale and the builder did not install an elevator , but whoever buys this home, they can. Cost is between 35-40k. I am able to negotiate that for you .
