You just have to keep working and you’ll get there, it took a lot of time to get this lots of late nights and early mornings and eating a lot of food. I was 110lbs at 13 so a twig at one point. But hard work and discipline always prevails.

Looks like an imbalance of strength as well. Think should lower weight to lift with proper form with 8-12 reps
