Take those damn albums, before they get destroyed !!! Finder's Keeper's... keep the code on your other places !!! You have my permission ! Lol ! You're a good guy, no judgement !
When you opened the photo album I just burst into tears cause it really personalized this explore and the pictures of the beloved pets that are no longer. I have tiny albums just like this. The whole trailer seemed familiar, just whoa.
It's not stealing if whole house has been abandoned. I would rather someone take items for personal use or repurpose them than let them get ruined or destroyed by vandals.
I'm a record collector and I've come across a lot of record's, I'm just here to say those Beatles album's are expensive expecially if it's "Apple" lable! sure wish you keep em! Great video!
I swear since I started watching these abandoned explores I've gone through my home and started giving stuff away and throwing away stuff. If I die and my place is explored yrs from now. Nothing will be left lol But for real I've gotton rid of a ton of stuff
Me too!! My Mom was a great collector of “stuff”… when she passed away, it was a lot to dispose of, but her stuff was precious to her! I hate the thought of some stranger going through the things she held so dear! 😢
actually, i think it was the snoopy electric tooth brush. My sister had one. Snoopy was the handle for it, woodstock was the thing you put on the end of the toothpaste tube to squeeze it up and they both sat on that snoopy dog house, which plugged into the wall. I had a Fred Flintstone one that sat in his car. very 70s cool.
Glad To See My Fav Explorer Back, I Love Yours So Much Better Than Some Others Because You Actually GO IN The Buildings. Watched A Few The Other Day And They Just Aimed The Camera Into Them From Outside. Thumbs Up On Your Sticking To The Code But I Would Talk To The Owner And Ask If I Were You
For your treasures worth, I would check on ebay, I did when I had my garage sale...albums can go for $1000.00 each depends on dates and bands!!! Those you pointed out yes!!!
Did you follow Sarah Milton’s recommendation? I like your work. You showcase just the right stuff. Your commentary is pleasant. I’m old. I still say pleasant.
The first Beatles album you showed listed for $775.00 that was in excellent condition. So the one you showed about $500. The Bill Cosby albums about $100-150. I would take them sell them and give to a needy charity. Even though they may not be yours, you are not gaining anything and who knows the money you donate maybe used to fine the cure for a disease. If you found a suitcase full of money, would you leave it there. You also can find out the property. Go to the courthouse in the county this mobile home is in and it is public record about the home.
No way. I've never paid more than $1.00 for those Exact albums in better shape. They aren't mint and they aren't rare. Sorry, but they just aren't valuable outside of what they mean to collectors like us who require great music to live.
Nice explore Hunter. You got permission to explore, it wouldn't hurt to ask the owner if they know the albums are there and if they do and are not interested ask if you may have them. That would be keeping the code, plus the worst that could happen is they would say no you can't rescue them. Thanks for the tour.
vinyl has made a huge comeback and some artists are reproducing their commemorative albums ....so has old stereo equipment with turntables...I would ask owners about purchasing...great explore Hunter!
Now that was interesting. A blast from the past. A real time capsule that I can relate to....crockpots, Records, a thousand different chachkees! Thanks, fun but sad in a way.
So sad to see someone's life left behind... There's a lot of dust floating around. I hope you don't get a chest infection from breathing it all in. A mask would protect you. Great video. Thanks!
I agree with Tammy, if you offer to clean out the trailer you should be ablel to keep what you want. Awesome find on the albums. Totally enjoy your videos.
Vinyl is a strange animal for collectors. They are fickle. I have all my 45's from the 70's still in their paper packaging as well as a ton of vinyl from the 80's. My mom has her albums from the 50's lot of 45's as well. Not a single one has ever sold at antique mall, flea markets or even online. Rollings Stones, Beatles, Kiss, Bob Dylan and a slew of comedy albums by Bill Cosby, Lucille Ball, Redd Foxx, Richard Pryor, etc. So.. ya never know. Worth for such things are in the eye of the collectors. Great finds, glad I stumbled on your channel today! Stay safe out there.. and for crying out loud carry disposable gloves and a painters mask. Yikes all the vermin droppings, fleas, mold, asbestos. who knows what else.. :-)
I'm into vinyl. All of the Beatle albums you found are the original pressings from the 1960's...I can tell. So they are a bit battle-damaged. They're not worth a fortune, but if the vinyl discs themselves were nice and clean (not scratched)...they'd be valuable to collectors. I would have snagged them.
I'm afraid I am going to have to stop watching these videos, it really upsets me to see prize possessions left behind and folks like EWH aren't allowed to rescue them.
in maine where i live its lots of ABANDONED HOUSE ,s with lots of stuff in the old home,s yet if u have no car no frineds no familey hard to live in the woods my mom and i have 7 abanoned homes 2 was ghost with every thing still in it........sad now homes not lived in arte used 4 sex partys sad
that Mobile Homeis going a part soon will not hold up my mom and i have 8abandoned Mobile Home,s deep in the woods have come down 3 had ghost we left them.........
Take the albums dude! You found the place, and they should be yours rain is coming in right over them=ruined. You don't get paid for what you do! OMG if the butcher album was in there worth $1000's
great explore Hunter, OMG the Beatles albums are awesome, definitely worth some Money, i have all of them myself, and even The Bill Cosby albums, are eventually going to be worth something too, those are all the original versions too on Warner Bros. Records and from what i seen Capitol Records for the Beatles , and even the Hermans Hermits album too you have to wonder if it was"Grandma's House", why didn't the remaining family come and gather up these things, ? , such a shame to see it all rotting away , beautiful landscape outside too
Nice find, the the Beatles records are from the 60's. I love Vinyl. All the records maybe $500 worth. Most records are worth $5-$10. Except for the Beatles vinyl. That might be wroth $20. Keep the good work coming man.
I use to think it was crazy that people would leave all this stuff behind. That is till my parents died and they had 2 houses large 4 car garage and a barn full of stuff. I live in a one bedroom apt. so I already had a apt full of stuff. I took all the pics, some things that I really liked but the rest is still there. My health is bad and I have no way of putting together a sale. It would take months to go through everything empty furniture out. Plus the houses are in pretty bad shape and are up for repo. Plus now people are breaking in and taking stuff. I do not live very close by so not much I can do about it now. I guess I could hire people to do it but I think it would cost more to pay them then I would make off the sale.
Records , the Beatles is is worth £40 is , the rest look original releases . The VHS tapes , now , over £100 easy... more than that I bet . Welcome back Hunter !
lmao the "SKATEBOARD NAAATE" at first I thought that was some catchphrase I wasn't aware of or somethin lol xD some really neat stuff in that trailer! nice find! :D
Definitely an interesting place. Those donkey cart planters in that box are old. Now, about that old people smell.....you make me laugh. I doubt the home had that smell when she lived there. Lol
I was waiting for the smell comment when you were in the bedroom. I'm guessing Nona died in there and it might have been a little while before she was found. Might be reason for bed being turned up on it's side. Top of mattress might not have looked too pretty.
Max Zomboni my brother has a music store where I worked for years and still do . the Cosby ones are worth a buck or two . the Beatles max 20 bucks if the sleeves are mint . those are not . I whould pay 30 for them
I hope you got those old records out so they don't get ruined or go to waste , I don't believe in stealing but letting things rot is just as bad so go back and get them please
I'm going to make out a will soon. I am leaving all my stuff to whoever finds it. Y'all have my permission to take what you want. Why should the city get it and just let it rot or tear it all down?
Those are some of the first Beatles albums I had them lost them in a move. I am sure they have a value but there were so many of the. I had the Bill Cosby why is there air lol very funny too!
It all depends on the condition of the albums. My hubby wouldn't allow anyone touch his albums. There was a certain way to take them out of the sleeves.
That skateboard, cleaned up is worth money, its retro. I've the same one. Not sure how much, not the best lol yet back then 80s we rode boards we could 👍 A ton of goodies there, 80s toys are worth money. Sad the family would not donate to charities who could auction off or give away things needed in support of a cause.
I'm only 37 but, in case anyone doesn't know who the Hermit's hermits were, they were an English pop rock group that was very popular back in the mid sixties. If you want to know more about them, look them up on Wikipedia.
Interesting explore. The value of the albums depend on the pressing. Original releases bring more $$ than later pressings. Like comic books, the condition is important also but even the ratty one with the tape is worth something. If you know the owner I’d definitely ask about getting them (and a few other things - what I saw of the rocking chair was still pretty nice) and work out some kind of deal. I usually watch these videos for the architecture and history and don’t really care to se explorers rummage through old junk but this was a bit different. I don’t know much about orbs and spirits and stuff but this place did have an odd vibe that even came through the video.
Some great finds!! Looks like grandma had a lot of cats. Maybe that's the smell? I hope I don't smell like a grandma if its that bad when I am one. Lol
I wish you would remove those albums from there, Save them. Probably not as valuable as you are thinking. Such a shame they will be ruined. Have you ever considered offering the owner so many $$ for the contents of places like this?
The only way the records would be worth anything is if they were either unopened, or if the album sleeves were in pristine/mint condition. They still might be worth a little, but nothing of the crazy sorts, money wise.
the box that had the donkeys - some of that USA made pottery / ceramic stuff can bring a nice buck. you can check out the price of the LP's on DISCOGS - just search by catalogue number or title
You know this is so sad to see this mother/ grandmother loved her child and grandchildren so much that she saved their toy's, I saw a hand painting that looked like a child would have painted seems to me that if her child or children loved her so much that they would have gotten her belongings!! you see I'm the same way this lady seems to be, I pray my children don't just leave everything that I loved behind to decay... SOME SO SAD!!! BUT YES YOU SHOULD GET THOSE OLD RECORD'S THE CHILDREN DON'T CARE FOR THEM!!!
Cosby just depends who you find to buy them, some people wouldn't even offer any money but a collector would pay 30-50 each per album. But the 60s records are where the money is if they are original.
Usually explorers don't show photos of people or personal info in the videos. Might want to blur faces or edit them out in the future. Wearing even just a dust mask is a good idea cuz the amount of mouse poop, dust & mold in that place was scary
Heartbreaking to see all these things left behind, that meant something to someone!
its the Beatles collection in its entirety. sweet
Tammy Cornejo
I don’t think so.
Take those damn albums, before they get destroyed !!! Finder's Keeper's... keep the code on your other places !!! You have my permission ! Lol ! You're a good guy, no judgement !
I agree, go back and get them. If it's going to rot away you need to save them.

I respect your integrity
When you opened the photo album I just burst into tears cause it really personalized this explore and the pictures of the beloved pets that are no longer. I have tiny albums just like this. The whole trailer seemed familiar, just whoa.
It's not stealing if whole house has been abandoned. I would rather someone take items for personal use or repurpose them than let them get ruined or destroyed by vandals.
I'm a record collector and I've come across a lot of record's, I'm just here to say those Beatles album's are expensive expecially if it's "Apple" lable! sure wish you keep em! Great video!
I always feel the same way! If she died doesn't anyone give a shit about what's left behind??? Weird to me. It's heartbreaking. Thanks good find!!!
even if she had no family left, didn't she have any friends?
I swear since I started watching these abandoned explores I've gone through my home and started giving stuff away and throwing away stuff. If I die and my place is explored yrs from now. Nothing will be left lol But for real I've gotton rid of a ton of stuff
Me too! Especially paperback books, boxes of pictures no one wants, clothes, and VHS tapes!
Me too!! My Mom was a great collector of “stuff”… when she passed away, it was a lot to dispose of, but her stuff was precious to her! I hate the thought of some stranger going through the things she held so dear! 😢
Go back and get all those albums and the IBM typewriter in the closet. 50/50 with the land owner and you will still make a good profit.
Wow look at the orbs flying all around!! Amazing
.
wow pretty sure I saw the snoopy snow cone maker on the top shelf of that closet! I had one! awesome vintage stuff!
Erin Guthrie I saw that too!! I love Snoopy.
actually, i think it was the snoopy electric tooth brush. My sister had one. Snoopy was the handle for it, woodstock was the thing you put on the end of the toothpaste tube to squeeze it up and they both sat on that snoopy dog house, which plugged into the wall. Wow great find Hunter!!!
That's very sad, and truly breaking my heart. Someone needs to rescue those treasures or call in charities
They loved their animals which is great.
Hunter, you have done well sir! Thanks for sharing your explores with us.
Wow! Look for Beatles albums! I collect horses and such too! That place would be really hard for me to resist!
Worth ALOT OF MONEY!!!
Take them!
Wow!!! What a find!!Great stuff here-someone collected and loved back in the day.Groovy!

Nice one Hunter great video. :)The Beatles records are worth a fortune. Definitely in the UK, check out eBay. Lol
Omg the vinyls! And they still have the sleeves!
So sad to see someone's life left behind...
There's a lot of dust floating around. I hope you don't get a chest infection from breathing it all in.
A mask would protect you.
Great video. Thanks!
wow that's crazy they left good things like that there
I respect you for living up to your code. Great video!
Lots and lots of energy coming out the cabinet where the records were stored.
Omg just look the Beatles up they are worth in the hundreds or more
I looked on Ebay, found the first album starting around $4.99. Depends on the pressing, condition, etc.
OMG.. That brought back memories I used to have the same microwave and spice rack back in the late 80's early 90's
AWSOME find.👍🏻
I agree with Tammy, if you offer to clean out the trailer you should be ablel to keep what you want. Awesome find on the albums. Totally enjoy your videos.
Ah can't believe all them vinyls are there. The beetles 👍🏼 . Great find

awesome find!!
When will you start putting our videos again? Just came across your page and haven’t stopped watching in 2 hours! I wish I could explore with you!
That wooden sled in the sheds probably worth as much as the Beatles* : )
Thanks for sharing..

The original Beatle albums in original cellophane are at least 25-50 a piece depending on condition.
Ashame leaving those fabulous albums to be ruined. I know it's the code but would've loved to see those rescued!
Another great explore! Keep up the good work! ❤️💜
+Misty Lavender Awesome love ur comments!!!

You should take them and keep them save! Such a shame! Nice video! X

That rocking chair is an Ethan Allan rocker. High end stuff.
Like all your your videos, very interesting, thank you

Understandable
Collectibles everywhere! Wonder why they left it.
safe the albums!!
It’s crazy to think how people could leave whole lives memories behind like this truly sad
Records , the Beatles is is worth £40 is , the rest look original releases . The VHS tapes , now , over £100 easy... more than that I bet . Welcome back Hunter !
So many antiques I'd have to rescue before they got ruined including the album's lol Go save them
We miss you HUNTER.
file a claim with your city. offer to clean out house.
that is what I was thinking.
lmao the "SKATEBOARD NAAATE" at first I thought that was some catchphrase I wasn't aware of or somethin lol xD some really neat stuff in that trailer! nice find! :D
The Beatles albums are worth a fortune they are so rare
that Batman thing looked like the latch hook rug kits we used to do around 1980.
A mask and gloves might be a good idea. Never know what kind of crap is in that dust or on those surfaces.
Hey Hunter, great video and wow what a lot of stuff. Thank you for bringing us great content xx
Definitely an interesting place. Those donkey cart planters in that box are old. Now, about that old people smell.....you make me laugh. I doubt the home had that smell when she lived there. Lol

Beatles LPs $50 each, average. Cosby LPs $10 each. Still the whole collection could be worth quite a few hundred dollars.
Max Zomboni my brother has a music store where I worked for years and still do . the Cosby ones are worth a buck or two . the Beatles max 20 bucks if the sleeves are mint . those are not . I whould pay 30 for them

Love your Videos... Haven't had any new for a while hope you do some more...
Show us the ceiling
When time+ nature finally take the place- all the metal+ plastic will stay in the ground until one day someone metal detecting will score!!
Grandma me be under all that stuff in that room you said smelled horrendous
I'm going to make out a will soon. I am leaving all my stuff to whoever finds it. Y'all have my permission to take what you want. Why should the city get it and just let it rot or tear it all down?
Those are some of the first Beatles albums I had them lost them in a move. I am sure they have a value but there were so many of the. I had the Bill Cosby why is there air lol very funny too!
Go save those albums! Who owns these? Tell them and if they don't want them make them an offer.
Beatles 65 sold for 1500.00 on eBay.know the person who bought it. the record was scratched bad also…
I had all those records!! OMG!
It all depends on the condition of the albums. My hubby wouldn't allow anyone touch his albums. There was a certain way to take them out of the sleeves.
My kids love the Beatles, so my albums should be safe. However if we all die. I give my permission for someone to rescue them.
That skateboard, cleaned up is worth money, its retro. I've the same one. Not sure how much, not the best lol yet back then 80s we rode boards we could 👍

What a sad existence this lady had, watching her Quantum Leap, collecting donkeys, and taking terrible photos. A very depressing watch, frankly.
dope
Ah-ha! That's why there's no one there....they had metal in the microwave! 😆😆
Plssss take the Beatles collection it is art do not let it get detroyed plssssss.
Put some Beatle cd`s back for compensation.
On the other hand......no snake skins!
Would have been beautiful living there, peaceful it looks like. Your a good man Hunter!

Thay are lots of collecable s worth big money
