I think those actuators are servos(electromechanical, I remember looking them up a few years ago, I don't Think they use hydraulic ones due to in case of rupture and response times) either way those systems are both cool and spwndy...though. ot the most expensive.

ALBO, should consider a 3 axis gimbal (stabilizer) for your camera. It takes out a lot of the shakiness of holding a camera with your hand, and makes it easier for the viewer. =]
